Cashier's were nice. The clothes are hard to find when they are jammed on the rack. but I was able to find me a few shirts. I do love shopping here one problem I have now is that even though you just checked out and walked to the door, security will now check your stuff out. I mean come on its bad enough that we have to go through this at Walmart. UGH unbelievable.

Store associate need to learn customer service and loose the attitudes!! I won’t be returning to this location due to staff rudeness!! I’ll dive across town and go to West Bypass over giving my money to these hatful girls.
Another experience, now with Phina just straight up poor customer service. She mumbles if I found anything ok then when I tell her I’m doing good and ask how she is, she proceeds with a snarky comment of “Im not getting anything” she continues to explain that’s not what she asked me and people mistake her all time so she responds with a rude unnecessary comment.

Return police sucks! BURLINGTON SUCKS MORE ON THEIR RETURNS, so definitely do not shop there unless you’re sure of what you’re buying. THEFT

I get its colder weather, but you couldn’t find anything because of all the coats that were out. Maybe when the season is over, you can find the regular clothes.

Your carts are on the wrong side when you walk into the store. We walked by employees who didn't ask us if we were doing ok. And we waited 15 minutes in line to check out. We'll shop at the store on Sunshine Street from now on.

Big selection. Isles are very cluttered with merchandise on the floor. Employees aren’t very pleasant but I wouldn’t be either if I worked with the public.

Men’s section needs some attention. Shirts are really touching the floor look more like a Thrift store. I will try to avoid this store, and Ross on the other side of Town is more organized and managed than this one.

I love this store, but the manager at store located in Osage Beach, MO was very, very rude. I walked into store, he proceeded to tell me in his outside voice (very loud) that they were closing in 20 minutes. I thanked him & went on with my shopping. I was at register within 10 minutes to check out & he was so slow I had to go to another cashier. I had other customers coming up to me apologizing for the way he acted. They said there was no excuse for anyone to talk to me in the manner he did. The cashier that waited on me was very nice. I think Ross needs to rethink who is managing their store.
