Despite being a very appreciated store for me, I really like shopping there, this time I don't like it anymore because the clothes are very dirty, very mistreated, very piled up, everything is mixed up and it really doesn't have very low prices anymore either.

Would be nice to find more stuff in my sizes. If everybody put their stuff back on the rack or shelf when they decide the item is no longer wanted. Instead of the floor that would be nice.

A bit crazy today a few days post-christmas. Spent $300 on at least 8 different full outfits with 3 pairs of shoes, all nice material and quality. Pretty cramped space but also relatively quick to check out

Came in here to shop for clothes on my vacation only to be profiled because I have tattoos. I noticed the goofy little manager following me around while I'm minding my own business shopping. Then I heard him say to a girl worker in the store while pointing at me "Watch her. I don't trust girls with tattoos." He followed me through the whole store, all the way up until I was checking out. He then stood there by the door as if he was expecting me to take off running with stolen merchandise out the door. Don't shop here if you have tattoos You'll be treated like a criminal

By far my favorite Ross store I’ve ever been in and I’m a longtime Ross shopper. My kids and now my grandkids love to shop at Ross. Why I love this particular store the manager has the ratio of check out to customer perfect. Smooth operation. And kudos on best product selection for the holidays for gifts and personal shopping. I stocked up for Winter season! Best shoes offering of a Ross store too. You’re definitely outdone Texas and Arkansas (yes I’ve even shopped Roos at Waikiki, Hawaii). Best Ross store!
