Was shopping for someone else and the lady was very friendly and helpful. She even went to the back and got the last item I needed by going through her stock. I wish I would've gotten her name. Super helpful and super friendly!

My daughter has dress-up day at school and she is determined to be a hair stylist when she gets older. I was unable to find a kids sized apron or costume so we went to Sally for help. Callie helped us find exactly what we needed and was super helpful and patient with us. Thanks, Callie, for getting my kiddo all set for career day!!

I visted the store around 5:30 in the early evening. The store was clean and well-stocked. The clerk asked me if I needed any assistance and was welcoming enough that I asked for her help. She knew exactly where the product was. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Superb!

I like Sally beauty supply but this credit card that I got through them…. Synchrony bank is kind of weird they want your bank account info to let you pay your bill. Meaning routing and checking account number. If you try to get around it without just going up to the store to pay your bill you may be charging nine dollar free to talk to someone in customer service. I went up and paid my card off yesterday wanted to know why it seemed like double the amount but between the cashier and the people on the phone nobody is going to tell me why or be able to tell me why as far as I can see. There’s some reason why my credit limit has changed I guess it’s gone down $100 possibly? It says temporary credit limit $300 that doesn’t sound right. I thought it was like 400 maybe 200 but not 300. I don’t really care what the limit is I’m just wondering since when do card limits go down? Is that a new thing? I’m stuck with I tip extensions from their store because they don’t have the correct beads and I can’t find the beads anywhere and I don’t have a credit card for just anywhere so by the time I have money in a different form I’m not in the mood to go searching for beads. My bill which is not supposed to be a bill is saying my credit limit is $4.50 what does that mean?

The operation hours are listed on Google as being open until 8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well as a sign taped to the door saying the same thing but it is 6:12 and the door is locked, the first row of lights is turned off, and no one is answering the phone when I called 3 times. Obviously the hours need revised to be correct or something. I've been trying to return a purchase and this is the 3rd time I've came to the store and its been closed when it says on the hours it shouldn't be. Very irritating
