What a great place to buy your hair and nail care products! Just wanted to say how very kind and helpful your associate Chloe is. She helped me pick out a color and a pair of hair shears yesterday and I have to say it’s been a long (long!) time since I’ve experienced customer service like that. She’s a gem! Thanks again Chloe.

not happy! learn to stock products properly, especially if you advertise a sale on said products. I go in on a Saturday to be told the truck doesn't arrive until Wednesday . that's terrible service! And why don't any employees ever offer to check another store for the customer.? I can't stand how awful management is. do your job!! order stuff to keep the store stocked. plan ahead when you have a sale and order more of the sale product. duh. it's not that hard! order more of the most popular colors.. geez.

I didn’t realize they closed at 8:00pm and at 7:55pm I ran in to this Sally’s. Both ladies working were so knowledgeable and helpful, they helped me get in and out before 8:00pm.

I bought I tip hair extensions from them that won't fit into any bead hole that I can find. I have searched and searched for beads big enough to fit hair and the itip inside. You probably couldn't even pull one strand of hair through the beads that they sell. I have searched the Internet and every professional salon store in town for beads with a bigger center.So I'm just out $70+ It was supposed to be my daughter's birthday present too. Dont sell things that are not usable especially expensive things. Otherwise I like this store for some things.

Good place to get shampoo and conditioner or anything else you need. They have all kinds of stuff for your hair and skin and nails. Everyone is always really nice willing to help
