I had this guy travis come work on my car because it kept dying he came out and replaced my part but then it made my car worse and it would never start again. After returning the part he was no help. Meanwhile his lady was sleeping in his personal car while he was working on my car which is outrageously unprofessional. When he went to get the part he was silent for over an hour and then finally said that he had an emergency once again the lack of communication is not professional. After taking my car to a professional shop they did in fact say the problem was the exact part that travis had replaced and now not only did I have to pay for him to make my car worse i had to pay to tow and get it fixed by someone who was qualified and professional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , had a guy come out do an hour worth of work too mess up my vehicle even more an cost me more money out of my pocket he ended up stealing my part , claims he didn't but it's nowhere too be found an when I handed him the pieces they was never seen again , just because it's something little doesn't mean it dont cost major, do not recommend this place at all ......

Ron and his team saved the day. They showed up on a Saturday afternoon in 90+ temps and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt. All in the parking lot of a parts store. They really saved the day and got us on the road home quickly. And for a price that is probably no more than a shop would have charged on a normal business hours. Thank you so much.

If I could give no stars I would he agreed to repay and no word.....In Febuary, i purchased a car using my tax return it need 5 parts including 4 O2 sensors and a shift soelonid remaing. The car wasnt running perfectly -it was shifting hard-it was still drivable.
I hired a mechanic I found on google to install the final part. He sent someone out who was clearly unqualified. I ended up helping him the last three hours of the job just to get the transmission fluid in, because he was going to leave without completeing the work properly
Afterward, the car has no power. When I contacted the shop owner,he argued with me and he wasnt sure if it was even his mechanic who did the job. To get clarity, I had my car takeb to qnother certified shop for a diagnostics test. They confirmed the shift solenoid was never installed.
Because of this, my car is now stuck in second and third gear. Im a single mother of three, and this has left me without reliable transportation. I've since learned that this buisness has a history with similar behavior, including at least one unresolved $5,000 judgment. Yet they continue to operate and take advantage of people. AND THEY ARE GOOGLE CERTIFIED.
I dont know what to do next, but i know this isn't right. I'm sharing this because I need help, and I dont want anyone else to go through what I am going through. Im lookig at over 3,000 to fix mine not invkuding the damge that has been done because im forced to drive it i have nothing else.

He came out changed a senor on my car didn't fix told us to take it to a shop he had no clue what he was doing literally looked in the back of the car for the battery on a 2017 dodge journey. So we're out 176 dollars and car still not fixed. In it for a quick buck. I do not recommend. Even had us Googling stuff for him.

I had called in due to our cars window having an issue after work. With the frigid temperatures and where we live at, we've had car break ins, I had called hoping to get the window fixed and rolled back up.
Understandably, the issue ended up being worse than just the window coming off the track.
He had left us that night to come back the next morning which wasn't a big deal, it being dark and cold out, too.
But the next morning when he returned, and taken the panel off the door- he had broken some of the clips as he explained it to us. I was told that we could get some replacement clips and call him back to fix it, but at that point, we had decided to go ahead and take the day off work to get our car to our usual shop. And he was not able to get the window back up.
Now after taking it to the shop, our mechanic informed us that he had broken the panel more than just the clips which felt a bit frustrating.
I appreciated how kind everyone was that I had worked with on this issue. Though I do wish that if he had felt uncomfortable with taking the panel off the door, that he would have communicated that more clearly.
The ordeal wasn't preferred but I had no issue really to go ahead and pay for the time since he was kind enough to come back and explain things with us.
He was very clear with his timing on coming out, but ultimately our problem had been made worse.
I wouldn't necessarily recommend using this service for something like this.

Owner operates under multiple business names. We won a judgement against him after he took almost $5k from an elderly woman & he refuses to pay the debt. Cashed the check and did none of the work. Do your homework before hiring this company.
Edit to reply back to owner- Judgement has NOT been paid, he hasn't even made one single payment towards the now 60-day old judgement.
The declining of the tech is because we had given a date we were going to file in court if the work was not complete by; we were VERY patient. We stood our ground and followed through with what we told him we would do. Next step will be hiring an attorney.

Had a guy who’s car broke down at the Blue Iguana on chestnut, they sent him a guy who looked at his car for 5-10 minutes then asked for $80, upon being told that he didn’t have $80, he took off immediately with his phone in his car. Was very difficult to get ahold of the guy to inform him that he had taken his phone and caused trouble for the customer, and the employees working at the blue iguana (me and coworker).

Honestly I don't know what to say I had someone come look at my truck an try to do the spark plugs it was 3, 4, 7, 8 an he was able to do 2 of the 4 but gave up on the fourth and said that he had more calls to attend to an put it back together ?♂️ myself an than left had to end up calling another mechanic costing more money an they was able to fix what they messed up an inform me that I needed to get it rethreaded and that nothing else seemed to be wrong

Sent us a guy who didn't even diagnosed anything before he proceeded to change the fuel pump that we thought was maybe the problem ended up not being and in the process of changing our fuel pump this man had broken the clips rewired the plug wrong installed the fuel pump wrong without the proper shield in place broke the retainer ring and pinched off or return line charged us money and left us still stranded. Once we got the vehicle to a shop the fuel pump had to be taken back out lines replaced plugs replaced and reinstalled then we had to do spark plugs and a few other things because it put over 100 lb of pressure through our system with the return line being pinched because of the incompetent service from this company. So not only did they not fix our vehicle properly they actually cost us more money from doing the repair they tried to do faulty
I would not recommend this roadside service for anything after seeing their work I wouldn't even let these guys change my tire

It was a cold miserable day, asnow storm. He was kind, thoughtful, concerned about my daughter being safe and somewhere warm until he could get to her, which she was. He fixed the car quickly, showed her what was wrong, and was cheap enough my college student could afford to pay him. I am so thankful for his help and will definitely use his service again. My daughter goes to school there and I am in another state. Such a struggle when emergencies happen. So glad I found someone who would help her when I couldn't be there.
