This store is incredibly incompetent. The manager Wendy was very rude and unprofessional to deal with. Apparently 19 years of experience on her part hasn’t taught her anything about proper management and customer service. Awful store.

It's an amazing place but it lacks a lot of essentials for people with food allergies, I have a better chance at Cosco than Sam's Club when it comes to clean products for people with food allergies.

I lost my keys right after the entrance! Taking advantage of clearance items! I have been a member for the last 10+ years. I buy my items with scan and go, and get to my car. I go back I ask the front door person if I can leave my cart with her I w lost my keys! I go back to the clearance area and search and I told three more staff members who were standing there talking, "I've lost my keys!" One of them said "sorry!" And so I went and stopped by automotive to see if my plus membership got a discount on pop-o-lock (417) 890-9080 - it didn't and they said sorry we can't help you. Pop-0-lock opened my car and $39.99 later I'm in the car with no keys!!! I went back into the store, and a tall blonde lady helped me she told me about where they would be if they are turned in. Now I'm into this endeavor for at least an hour and 30 minutes... Sure some keys have been turned in, after answering a few questions, I get a little frustrated, why interrogate me, why not point me to these two characters to begin with? The manager explained the same way her employees did, "I'm sorry" Why wouldn't the first five employees help me enough to lead me to the interrogation room, with the two idiots who were securing my keys? They treated me like I was doing something wrong, because I lost my keys! Huge failure in service! And I don't care about the excuse of how somebody could steal the keys. Keys were turned in, I said I lost mine, end of story!!!

I've been a member for 2 years only for convenience as it's very close to my home. Over the last year (mostly) I have been treated so poorly by store associates as well as people in a supervisor rolw that are inconvenienced by questions about products/availability or even a print out of a eye exam prescription (that i paid for!). Customer service is lacking severely and the team needs to revisit training on their duties as a representative of a company. I will gladly, now, make the drive to Costco. Their customer service is way better and have a great selection of everything I need. Will not be spending my hard earned money or renewing a membership with an establishment that has such horrible customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with.I asked for the cheapest version ($10 generic) and they sell me the most expensive($60) that is not even complete.They refuse to take returns. They quote incorrect prices IF they tell you the price at all. Then it turns out I could have got it all for free covered by my insurance, but they tell me that only 5 seconds AFTER I check out with unreturnable products after I spent 2 separate days asking them about these other options over the phone. This entire process of ripping me off took an hour.Go to CVS instead.

Bought cherry croissants from Sam's bakery on El Camino. They looked so delicious, I toasted 2 of them and & kept looking for the cherry filling. They were empty. Surprisingly I found 1 that had apx. 1 teaspoon of cherry colored goo in it. Just another disappointment from Sams.

Matthew in Tires and Abbi in Pickup are ROCK STARS! I mistakenly placed my order at the wrong Springfield location, and after checking in on the app and waiting... and waiting... and waiting... This is for the pharmacy. I followed their protocol and phoned ahead that I would be picking up my meds in the curb side pick up. When I got there I called and they put me on hold, after 10 minutes I hung up and called them back and again was put on hold for another 10 minutes. They have about everything your house would need, food, furniture, electronics, etc. We tried the pizza and ice cream and it was a very good price. The quick snack was actually very satisfying. The lines look long but it's actually a fast check out.
