It was a pretty good experience. My biggest issue was that the theater seating was not plugged in making it difficult, yet not impossible, to nap a little while my wife shopped.

The E Sunshine Sam's was great! The employees were nice and helpful. It was clean and not cluttered. Was able to maneuver around without any problems. Found what was needed and able to checkout easily.

It was a Fast Trip! Not Happy one of the other trips I tried for a Small line of Credit and they Turned off my Sam's Club Card I have Had for awhile ! So the one I grabbed was the one they Closed , for whatever Reason ? Have been a Member for Many Years ! You can keep Your Credit Card I Don't want one!Visited today, quick Trip only after a couple things and Renew my husbands club membership !Another Fast Trip ! Stopped to Grab a Bite to Eat ! Store to busy to shop !Just a stock up Day , for us ! It was Good some what Busy ! Not many Cashier's on had ,but got thru Quickly!

I was harassed and embarrassed by a cart pusher over my service dog while I was walking into the store. Although he wasn't necessarily rude, he kept insisting that my dog HAS to have a vest on. I told him that per ADA requirements and federal law, she does not have to wear a vest. I pointed out her red reflective collar and leash that identify her as a medical alert dog, along with tags and medical info attached to her collar since he didn't believe she was a service dog and I told him to have a nice day. He proceeded to follow me to the door, telling me that he can't let his in without her having a vest on. I finally just walked around him and did my shopping. I was so embarrassed. I called corporate and nicely explained the situation while suggesting that the employee be trained properly to ensure that the company doesn't end up getting sued when he does that to the wrong person. The man I spoke to was very apologetic and assured me that this was a very serious matter they would be addressed and told me that someone from that store was going to reach out to me to get more info within 5 days. That was 2 weeks before Christmas and no one has reached out. That gives me the opinion that this store, if not Sam's in general doesn't have any appreciation or respect for their customers. Pretty sad. After this whole experience, I've decided to terminate my Sam's membership.
