After 4 years of highly dependable performance of my home theater/internet system (installed by SCS Entertainment), I completely lost my internet connection recently. I contacted Mark at SCS in Springfield (one hour north of my home) at 9 am. He immediately arranged for a great tech (Zak) to come to my home, arriving at 12:30 pm. What fantastic service. Zak quickly had me back up and running and while here also updated my Control4 software, reprogrammed a remote for me, and made other productive tweaks to my home system. I highly recommend SCS Entertainment for their expertise in home theater systems and their service commitment to their clients.

Superior customer service!!! These guys are consummate professionals! Always available to answer question and able to do just about anything related to home entertainment and smart home tech! I have had them do multiple projects to include installing a complete home theater system in my basement and is ten times better than a movie theater experience. My whole body shakes when the jets fly overhead! These guys are amazing. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I brought in a speaker that had the center cone pressed in by a kiddo, and 3 minutes later the gentleman at SCS brought it back to me fixed, for free!!! I asked him how I could pay him for the help, and he said “reviews are always nice.” So here I am! A job well done, and free. It doesn’t get better :D

SCS installed our entertainment center and surround sound during construction of our new home 8 1/2 years ago and did a magnificent job. We lost power during a storm recently, which in turn caused our system to need resetting. I contacted Bobby who showed up the next day and not only reset the system but was able to answer all questions regarding possible upgrades.
