Lady's are great. First time I have gotten an actual good fitting. They also helped my daughter get the correct size bra. Price, but great for getting the really hard to find sizes.

Great customer service! Excellent quality bras and other lingerie items! These days it can be hard to find a good bra! This is the place to go!!! They have bras for all shapes and sizes. I’m a plus sized person, so it’s extra hard for me to find a good bra! I was very happy to have found this place! The ladies are so sweet and helpful! She knew I had driven almost two hours to get to the shop, so she let me stay a little later to try on a new bra even though it was closing time. I had been using the same brand of bra for years and these ladies helped me find a new brand that suits me and my body type as well as supports me! Plus, they’re so comfortable! This place is 5 stars! Give them a try! Go get you a good bra!

Sandy and Carol were amazing. Until today, I’ve never not left a bra shop in tears. It felt like going bra shopping with the most supportive sister I’ve ever had. Thank you, ladies! I had been wearing the wrong size for YEARS and I left the shop with more confidence than I could have imagined. I am so grateful.

I had to leave my favorite boutique when I moved to Missouri, and it took me WEEKS to find anywhere out here where I could purchase my size. I drove nearly an hour and a half to come to this shop, and it was absolutely worth it for such a wonderful experience!! The ladies were fantastic and very kind and knowledgeable as they helped me size. They took the time to explain to me why they were bringing in different cups and sizes so I knew what I was looking for, and I ended up leaving with two new bras that were SO comfortable and fit my specific body type better than the ones I'd been using before. They were also very accommodating and respectful to my service dog, which is hard to find in smaller shops! I'll definitely be doing all of my bra shopping here from now on!

As a bigger-chested gal, I've never been able to find a bra that fits. I finally decided to check this place out and it's amazing! They have all shapes, sizes, colors and brands of bras! Sports bras and even swimsuits! I took advantage of the FREE bra fittings and ended up buying THREE new bras (turns out I've been wearing 3 sizes too small for years)! Even immediately threw away the old one I came in with. I also have a tilted pelvis which makes my butt stick out a bit and when paired with the depressing bras I've been wearing, I just look like a potato. But these new bras give so much lift and even help straighten my shirts to hide the tilt in my back! Now I won't hate buying clothes either! The seatbelt on the way home stayed in place on my chest too! It's really amazing how much a BRA can change everything! ❤️
These ladies are great! They even educate you on the proper care for bras which I don't think most girls ever learn. I've been in Springfield 5yrs and don't know why I haven't checked them out sooner. They are amazing and I'll be telling all my bigger-chested friends about this place!

I spent an hour and a half, today, trying on bras here. I bet I tried on 20 bras. Thats because these wonderful ladies who work here, just kept on bringing me bras. Thats how hard it is to find one that fits! I found 3 fabulous bras, even one with underwire! Thank you again ladies. Customer for life!

The ladies at shabby chic are professional, kind, and very helpful. Helped me finding the size, style, and designs that make me feel wonderful. I've been shopping there close to 10 years. The only place in town that carries my size. The prices for quality comes with it. I still have the bras from 10 years ago. Hand wash, hang dry. I enjoy my shopping experience. Best part they have a customer file so Everytime I go in I'm NOT starting over. Keep up the great work.

At first it was ok but I was talking to another lady that works there and the lady that has been working with my daughter came out and started talking to the other lady about my daughter in a neg way the other lady we where talking to had to stop her because she didn’t even realize we where looking at swimsuits & still in the store unprofessional you just don’t do that. You lost a big sale she was actually looking to buy a couple of nice bras but you keep bringing her bra’s she was not interested in at all.

Bra shopping is always so stressful for me, being large chested (H cup) makes it impossible to find the right size, let alone a bra that fits right. After going to four different stores, I was sent over here and walked out with 3 bras that were comfy AND cute and I didn't want to cry a single time during the process. It hasn't been that easy since I was a D cup in middle school. The ladies in there are helpful and not judgemental. I felt cared for and I walked out smiling in half the time it normally takes me. I will not be bra shopping anywhere else again!
