Lighting is well‑done and all products are easy to see. The bathroom is clean and well‑maintained. Apple Pay is accepted. Many customers enjoy trying new things, and the staff will guide them on whatever they might fancy. However, some visitors have reported that staff did not seem happy to help them find a new drink, and the ID check at the register caused frustration for a customer who was not underage. The experience can feel unpleasant if staff judge on appearance.
