Ty Shull is a no pressure salesman that made every effort to ensure great customer service. I pointed out a couple of concerns with the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and he addressed it immediately. I'm very pleased with Shull Auto Sales! I would gladly do business with him again!

I waited a few days to write a review in case I found an issue with the car I bought. Well I haven’t found any! I had been in contact with Ty for a week or so while I was car searching. Out of every dealership I had been to he was the nicest and most honest. He treated me and my kids like family from day one. Found the perfect car for us and was very quick with the papers! I will definitely be sending anyone I know to him. I usually don’t write reviews but I definitely had to for this car.

Update: 6 months in and the car is undrivable. Had to have new head gaskets, radiator and transmission. I got sold a lemon.The car was overheating so I told him to fix it before I would buy it. He called me back the same day saying it was fixed. I bought the car, then I took the car back the next day because it wasnt fixed. Bla bla bla excuses. It has been fixed now 3 times per the excuses. It wasn't. I ended up out another $607.72 to have it fixed at pep boys. It's a used car so I expect to have to fix some things but when we had an agreement to fix it before purchase. That's a 3 star review.

The car was overheating so I told him to fix it before I would buy it. He called me back the same day saying it was fixed. I bought the car, then I took the car back the next day because it wasnt fixed. Bla bla bla excuses. It has been fixed now 3 times per the excuses. It wasn't. I ended up out another $607.72 to have it fixed at pep boys. It's a used car so I expect to have to fix some things but when we had an agreement to fix it before purchase. That's a 3 star review.

Where do I start, first being a man of the almighty above, I cannot and will not lie of my experience here. I told Ty that a person before scammed me for 9,000 so I needed a reliable auto and he said he had a Caddy, and it ran good, but the sensors went on, and he said it won't cost much. This car did not make it 24 hours after buying from him, and his response was well put 20/20 together as it worked from me. The sad part is that I never even got 15 miles on it. Also the auto has been in the shop for a week as the parts are hard to get for it. What a VERY bad experience I had. We are living in times where folks believe evil over good. I will not be rude to TY like he was, but will pray for him, as I had to take a loan out. Also the warranty is not worth the paper it was printed on. Wow, a man of the almighty would say brother, I am sorry, how can I make it better? Then he said let me see it, but it went to the shop, and I am at 1,000 of repairs, plus I paid Ty 4,200 plus my Chrysler 300 for a trade in. When you cheat or hurt a man of God, you will never get away with it. My God says Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave room for the wrath of God; for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” One person I never want to play with is God. Amen and Amen

Ty from the very first call to the shaking of hands at the signing of the bill of sale on my silver Acura Tl was very professional. You did it all with respect and knowledge. You were beyond helpful. I highly recommend Ty Shull the car dealer/Owner and his dealership to anyone that is looking for a great automobile for a excellent price. Alot of great vehicles to choose from too. When you leave you know that you got what you wanted and paid a fair price and had a great buying experience there. Ty as I've said to you before I WILL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE WHEN NEEDED AND I WILL DEFINITELY TELL OTHERS.????????????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My 16 year old daughter bought her 1st car from this place at the end of last year. She didn't have her license yet so the car actually sat in our driveway for about 5 months before she got her license and started driving it. Once she got her license and it insured she startes driving. We noticed immediately that the car was overheating. After putting less than 50 miles on the car and having it overheat 2 different times I decided to reach out to this company to discuss if there was anything that they can do about it. My daughter had put less than 50 miles on the vehicle since it was bought and we were already having problems. The owner that sold me the car seemed very apologetic and very willing to fix the problem. He understood that even though it had been months since it was bought, it had actually been driven a very short amount of time. He told me that we could get it into a shop and have it looked at and go from there. I told him that maybe it was just a fluke and we would give it a little bit more time to see how it does. I just wanted him to know about the problem sooner. Rather than later. He agreed. My daughter got stuck on the side of the road today because it started overheating so bad. Altogether she's put less than a 150 miles on the car since she bought it. I called the owner again to let him know that it seemed to be continuing to have the same problems and that we could move forward with a solution. He acted very confused like he didn't remember our previous conversation and was quite rude and condescending in the way he was talking to me. I stayed calm because, frankly, I was shocked at how he was treating me. It was the complete opposite of how he handled himself just 2 months earlier. He started interrupting me and being very rude and unprofessional. I tried explaining that I was shocked he was handling himself that way after how well we communicated last time. He ended the conversation with, "I'm out of town" and hung up on me. I'm completely disgusted on how he handled this situation. Even if he wasn't willing to help figure out what was going on with her car, after selling a vehicle that couldn't even make it 50 miles without having problems, he could of atleast been polite and respectful. I sent him a text message after he hung up on me explaining that I was completely blown away by the how he handled the situation compared to our last talk. This was his message:"Message received, you have no idea what I am dealing with, my day are numbered and yes I'm on edge dealing with life on life's terms Perhaps you should consider maybe the other person has been told that they have a limited time left I dare you to try walk a block, not even a mile in my shoes because I don't a soul alive that could do itI was given until 40 and they said that at 27, I'm 55 and now they say less than a year Makes a $3500 car pretty immaterial don't you think?" I explained to him that no matter what he had going on in his personal life, I bought from his company and I was expecting a bit more professionalism from him. I told him not to worry about it and that I would just get it taken care of myself.. But that I would be leaving a review so other people knew what to expect.This was his response: "I told you to bring the f ing car to shop and you never have so do what you were told to begin with Quit your bitching Leave a bad review and I'll return the favor I promise you I know way more people not just in Springfield Greene county, but the world I'm not someone that you want on my s*** list"We all have stuff going on in our lives but that doesn't give you the right to treat people disrespectfully or to sell vehicles that don't last more than 50 miles.Don't buy from here. I guess his professional is dependent on his mood that day.
