Was very organized when it was ran by Dan/dave? Now, not at all. We purchased our original sign there. We called 31 days ago to order a new decal. We were told they would locate our template and get back with us. After 9 days, I finally called. They said they found it but could not quote us a price until she spoke with the installer. She thought between 100 and 150 to install. 10 days go by no call. I called again, same story waiting on installer price, like this is a huge deal going up 30 feet in the air and 40 feet long. It’s 7 feet in the air 4 feet long by 20 inches wide. Unbelievable!! Finally they called back and said 300 . I thought that was with decal installed. No, that’s to push it on the old sign. So after waiting a month, they need a lift and 300 on a job that will take 20 min. So hourly it’s 200 an hour to apply a sticker. Our entire sign was only 600. 26 feet long by 4 feet tall and that was with the metal signsx3. Unbelievable. Never returning.

Great service at a reasonable price. I procrastinated and waited until the last minute to get some banners made. Sign Pro came through and got them done for us in time. Great people too work with!

I've only been here a few times, stopped in with a small job for them to do for me, the young fella I talked with took my artwork and sat down at his computer, I asked if he was gonna do what I needed and he said "yeah, lemme see what I can do"....20 minutes later he handed me what I needed, with a small fee for his service, and away I went, a happy camper ?, Yes, I'd recommend Sign Pro to anyone looking to have something done... Friendly customer service, No.1 ???

My friend referred me to this place and I am so disappointed with the customer care I received. I went through smiley that also works with this business. First of all they told me my cards would take a week to get, which I only got two weeks after. Then when I went to pick them up they were the completely wrong Color and very blotchy. So they offered to reprint them which I agreed with. I let them know I needed them quick so the worker told me they would expedite them so I could get them quicker. It was been 3 weeks and I still have not received my cards or any call from anyone from this business. Which I have called multiple times and was told a manager would call back. I will not be referring anyone to this business unfortunately.

They can make signs, but the customer has to babysit them on all the details of how to design it. If you have a logo ready to go then you will be fine using them. But if they design it, get ready for a rough ride. I wanted a welcome sign with our service times and all they gave me is a white sheet of paper twice with our service times on it.

Horrible customer service. Finally after calling multiple times for an update they tell me to go somewhere else. SO this company is recommending Pinnacle Sign. So save your time and just use PINNACLE SIGN.

Amazing people working here. I've spent my life in the hospitality industry, and I can tell you that this place is amazing! Doug and his staff went way out of their way to help me with a project. I thought he owned the place he was so nice. I can't say enough. Great service is never an accident. Quality printing done with state-of-the-art printers and materials.

I was so appreciative of Sign Pro for doing an impromptu job for me!Granted it was fairly simple, but after two companies passed on me, Sign Pro graciously came through! They will be my go to sign company from here on out. Customer service is NOT dead!
