I've been banking with simmons bank for a few years now and haven't really had a problem other than withdrawing money from the atm not working. I usually don't right reviews often... But I recently went it to the bank to apply for a personal loan... they were kind and made me feel like I was going to be approved and finally get my loan that I need before my temp tag expires... I finished the application and was told they would give me a email or a call that night or at the earliest the next morning. I waited a couple days and then gave them a call to see what was going on and then I was put on hold and then hung up on. Then a week went by and I called one more time... was told the person I spoke to was in a meeting and would call in 5 minutes. They never called me back or emailed me. Now my tags are expired and I received a ticket for expired temp tags. I am extremely disappointed for at least not having the time to call or email me back even if I wasn't getting the loan.

They're very nice. Unfortunately I can't use mobil deposit because I get paid once a month and they won't let me deposit anything over 2k so I have to drive across town to deposit it. And the hours on here are incorrect so call first before you drive across town like I just did. :(

Had an account here for 15 years and after today I’m just so torn. Teller didn’t want to deposit my check said I need to contact “support”Edit: I can confirm that after speaking to the branch manager and them working to train tellers and advise me to contact them if I have any other future issues that this issue has been resolved and I will be giving a 5 star review. Thank you for making this right!

I have used this branch for over 5 years now since moving to town.Recently, they helped me tremendously when my online banking app locked me out. A young man sat on hold with customer service so that I wouldn’t have to. They told me it would be 24 hours before it would be unlocked. However within 10-15 minutes of leaving the bank, the young lady who had waited on me, called me directly and gave me the information I needed to finish unlocking my account. I was back into my online banking within minutes instead of the initial 24 hour period. Thanks y’all. Great job and so greatly appreciated!!!

These people were wonderful. I didn't open an account. I didn't do banking. But I was lost, sick, and so very tired. They lent me their phone to call a couple of people, so I could get help. They spent time with me on the GPS system on their phone. I left to go look for the address again. I came back, and they helped me yet again. Wonderfully kind staff! If I lived in Springfield, I would absolutely open an account there.

Mrs. Casey was very friendly and helpful. Assisted with a deposit done incorrectly to my account at a different branch in a different state. Took care of things and called me back personally to inform me that the funds have been made available.

Very very slow service at the drive thru , the teller wasn't friendly and messed up my transaction because he wasn't friendly enough to ask what I wanted.
