The service is horrible! You ask for help and they won't help you and the assistance bank manager start raising his voice at you because he in a bad mood. I will never go there again.

Very upsetting to be paid with a check from one of your customers and be told I could not cash it through the drive thru. I had my dog with me and it would be a huge inconvenience to have to come inside. I took the check to my bank and deposited it. I won’t be back.

Assistant manager Roeshawn is amazing the reason for the 1 star is how Rebecca York treated my significant other on multiple occasions. Laughing at him when in the lobby in front of other customers. I will be sending this to Corp but just wanted everyone to know Roeshawn is and was amazing and I feel bad he's working for such a shaddy company. Rebecca gave false information to my significant other and then tried lying about it...and when she seen him in the lobby she had a smile on her face as if she still thought our situation was funny ...well im glad she got amusement out of situation that put us in a very bad place and offered no help whatsoever or showed an compassion

The older guy in the picture refused to exchange a few hundred dollars into other bills because I do not have an account at this branch. Little do they know, I live down the road and was prospective about opening an account. I will most definitely not do so. I took my business down the road to Great Southern. Very rude and not welcoming at this place.

Simmons as a whole is terrible. They have closed a majority of the branches that were convenient to access in town. Also a lot of construction companies checks are drawn off Simmons and they tell those companies employees they have to open an account or they can't cash their check which is actually illegal. Same with getting change. Very shady business practices. The branches that are left close early. Almost impossible to do any banking if you work until 5 like any normal person. To add insult to injury, they never have a single supply in the night drops. Liberty Bank was much better. Simmons is just another corporate giant who does not care about their customers. I wish I could give negative stars.

I want to thank this Bank, personally, I want to thank DAVID, for being So gracious and so understanding in waving the $76.97 that I owed to this bank in 2014, when I wanted to open a new account after all these years.I have now PAID what I owe, and I am a grateful and loyal customer to SIMMONS BANK.

I love this bank and have used it for years!! The sunshine branch is my favorite. They all know me by name there and the manager Peter is great. He’s so professional and so helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience! I highly recommend.

Simmons Bank is a Horrible bank. I'm not even going to go into any details. Stay away I'm finding a new bank and not even worrying about trying to fix the problem

I bank at another bank in Ozark, but moved to Springfield a week ago. Stopped at this 'bank" to get 10.00 worth of quarters for laundry..Without an account there, they would not take my 10.00 bill and give me quarters. How ridiculous!

Went and got added onto my finances account and I signed all the paperwork but all a sudden my name disappeared from the account cause someone didnt do all the steps. I fought this for a week then went to a different branch and had a much better experience and they fixed it. I will never go to this branch again
