Yes u would think if u was concerned about the review I gave u and u wanted me to call u back to discuss it someone there would know something about the review and the person that answered the phone didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Just explains why u got the review u got. No one at the store or the one's that answer the phones know what's going on.

This store was brimming with people and yet the employees made each one feel especially welcome. By the end of the visit, we had made friends with other patrons as it was an overall cheerful environment. The sleep number diagnostic bed was helpful so that we could visualize where our pressure points were. Noah was a non-pushy, truly helpful salesman! Great experience!

It was a pleasure to shop at the sleep number store. Ben answered all our questions and he was very patient with us and didn’t try to high pressure us to buy a mattress.

I received a call from Ben, the manager at the Springfield, MO, store. He wanted to let me know that I had a rewards balance of $50 that was supposed to expire at the end of August. I must say I am impressed that Ben would take the time to search his database to find accounts with a credit. That to me going the extra mile for his customers... KUDOS!

I love, love, love my Sleep Number Bed! However, what makes it extra special is the way I am treated any time I go into the store. Tina, especially goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct and exactly what I want. Thank you! It is a joy to go in this store.

Do not waste your money. This is the worst bed I have ever had. We have had it for two years and it just keeps getting worse. For the anount of money it costs, it should not be terrible after only two years. It's uncomfortable no matter the setting, the split king loses so much space that I feel like I'm falling off the bed every night, and the adjustable frame doesn't work 90% of the time. But then you can't prop yourself up with pillows because there is a huge gap between the mattress and the wall. I have never regretted spending money on something so much.

We've had a Sleep Number for years, and it was time to upgrade. Ben helped us so much in the store, and today was the delivery. Nathan and Taylor provided friendly, professional service, precise delivery time, with excellent communication, and we couldn't be happier!

Update 11/5:On year 3 of the bed. The same air chamber needs replaced and their “awesome” warranty won’t cover it. Now they want several hundred dollars to replace it. What a complete joke of a company. Avoid Sleep Number at all costs!!!!I've had the bed a year and a half. One of the air chambers already needs replaced, and the frame is already bending. Had a service apt scheduled for 2/17 to replace an air chamber (which they made me pay for by the way) and replace the frame. I've been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, and now am being told that I'm being rescheduled for 3/17. This is ridiculous. When you pay $5k for a bed, you don't expect to begin having problems within a year and a half, and when problems do arise, you certainly don't expect to have to wait 2 months to get them resolved. I will never shop with Sleep Number again, and would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Apparently price doesn't always mean quality in product or service.

Sales person was very knowledgeable. I had to change the location for delivery. They are very good at communicating. Our bed should get delivered today!
