Very friendly staff! Went to four other furniture stores and wasn’t approached or talked to by anyone. As soon as we walked in jaedon welcomed us gave us prices on everything. Gave us really good recommendations. Made the whole experience very easy going! He was wonderful to work with. If anyone needs any new furniture come see jaedon at sofa city!

Well for the first time we went to Sofa City. What a wonderful experience. We met Chris and she was great. Knew exactly what we needed. We bought a whole living room set and entertainment center. Will go back for bedroom set. Price was right and basically delivered the next day.
Please give Chris a raise!

Ryan gave us good info on different rocker recliner manufacturers, they had a very wide selection, prices seemed reasonable. They loaded the chair into our pickup after wrapping the box with plastic because of their concern for rain. Chair is Homestretch brand and is very comfortable for both my 6ft 4 hubby and myself. No complaints, will always check Sofa City when needing furniture.

Bought a power loveseat here because the prices were great and the quality is very nice. The day after delivery, my husband noticed a very small tear on the side panel. I called the store and they had me send a picture. They contacted the manufacturer who sent them a new panel, and they sent out an upholster to fix it. It now looks as good as new and was done in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and product.

Roy was pleasant delightful , very helpful finding the right fit of comfort for my mom with her height being on the shorter side . The store its self has a large floor plan of furniture to choose from .

Went with my daughter to help look for a sofa and by uber accident we ended up at Sofa City. It turned out to be the best accident I've ever had. Not only did my daughter find a sofa and chair for her home, but I ended up buying a couch for myself. They were very nice, laid back and helpful and had great prices. Definitely a great place.

We bought a $6,000 couch and love seat and got the extended warranty that is supposed to cover wear and tear as well as stains or anything else. When we called them they said they traded warranty company's and none of it would be covered and a whole lot of other nonsense. I do not recommend buying from them and they tell their customers to please leave a 5 star review so they will look good.
