I've yet to have a bad experience here at Sofa City. They have a good selection of affordable furniture, and their staff are very helpful. Jack and the others were pleasant and professional, and also had great senses of humor. I was in and out in under an hour with a new couch and dining set secured to be delivered in the time frame I needed. 10/10 recommend these guys!

I went to sofa city and had an amazing experience I was able to quickly pick out a sofa and get it taken care of all before I had to be at work. Brian was so helpful and very nice to work with I recommend sofa city for your next furniture purchase

I shop around for the best value and product that will last for me. I went to several furniture stores and visited many sites online for my needs. I walked into Sofa City on West Sunshine and was instantly greeted by Everett. He walked with me, understanding my concerns and helping me to find the perfect fit. He wasn’t pushy and was very professional and super knowledgeable. I left with loads of information, without purchasing so that I could consider my options. I definitely made it back the next week and spoke with Brian. He was also professional and helped me with my purchase. Highly recommend the great team at the West Sunshine store! Very happy consumer!

We found this place based off of Google reviews and the reviews were spot on. Jack was great & helped us find our new reclining loveseat. I highly recommend Sofa City. Great staff & great prices.

Kathy was a great help when looking to buy a rocker/recliner and was very knowledgeable about their products. She helped to match the color of other furniture and they were able to negotiate a price that worked. Would recommend!

Brain at the W Sunshine store deserves all the praise. He took my bad situation & made my WEEK!! We unfortunately went to another name brand store & bought over $9,000 worth of furniture just to find out we was lied to. Got our money back. By this time we had lived in a house with NO FURNITURE for almost 2 weeks. We went into the W Sunshine store told Brian what happened. Brian guaranteed me he would make sure EVERYTHING was in stock HERE in Springfield before any order was placed & money exchanged hands. We were there for hours deciding on stuff for a whole house. He graciously walked with us & answered all of our questions. Dealt with us picking something out then changing our minds. Once we had settled on everything he then went & VERIFIED everything was here & the order was placed. We even walked away with more than what we originally ordered at that other store & only cost us $40 more. Friday came & EVERYTHING was delivered just as Brian said it would be. We was so happy that after we set everything up in house I went back 2 days later & got a another side table. We will definitely take our business to Sofa City & to Brian from here on out.
