Horrible place I rented there 10 yrs new owners took over it went downhill the door on my unit had been messed with and I couldn't open it they gave me a total run around I did refuse to pay rent till they opened the door they kept telling me they couldn't repair it or anything with my stuff in there WHAT they sold all my stuff they sure the door open for that and no matter what they answer here I have all emails showing what they kept telling me.

I went to help a friend get somethings from her storage. She has been a customer at that location since 2009. Pac n sak just took over. They aren't as personable as the previous owner. She's not sure if she'll be keeping the unit or not.

I have been renting from them for a few years, they are always friendly and nice. Have never had a problem with break in or stolen items.

My name is Doug, I am the manager at Springfield Storage. My wife and I have been managing it for 8 years. The negative comments saying that we steal your stuff? Not true. We are both currently finishing college online and will be missionaries in Africa in a few short years. We do not have time to steal peoples stuff! Like all storage businesses there is always a risk of units broken into.

Springfield storage stole my stuff from my unit then said they had nothing to do with it how come my lock is missing an I have the keys and u guys zip tied it back together indicating that it was empty when at first it wasn't this is the 2nd time in the same time frame when started to rent from them that something ain't right about them don't trust them they are stilling peoples properly
