I would leave 0 stars if I could. I signed up for a business account in Spfd MO that’s was quoted at $170 per month. I was charged over $350 per month. I called my representative (Sonny) to resolve it. He said he would look into it. I gave him two weeks and then followed up with multiple phone calls, texts, and emails with no response. Currently, my phone shuts off on the 10th of the month and if I don’t pay $350 my phone won’t work. I received a bill in the mail this week that said I owe over $500. I’m tired of over paying and will be looking at other companies.

I didn't get any information on any of the phones that I was interested in for my plan and all she kept saying was" well just come in, we have everything, anything you need we have here, we have everything here, just come in, just come in, just come in, just come in you have to just come in, we'll take care of you when you come in......

Would not replace or fix a two day old phone that broke when I attempted to plug it in. I have now been on hold with customer service for over 40 minutes.

Tucker helped me finally move from android to iPhone. The store had had a very busy morning and his patience with me was laudable. I am a senior citizen and he gleaned how stressful moving everything is for me and went above and beyond in making sure I had the most important apps before I left the store. Thanks Tucker.

I came in after work to set up a wireless home internet account and get a modem. Tucker had me in and out in less than fifteen minutes. Probably the fastest, easiest account setup I’ve ever had. Pretty much a completely painless stop. I’d recommend ‘em!

I saw first hand how this third party center treats customers. An elderly woman had her phone stolen and went to this location and ordered a new phone. When she got it she went into this location with the new phone for assistance with set up- a young woman told her to to the store she bought it from- she said she did and was advised to go home and do it- so basically if you aren’t getting a sale they dismiss you even though you bought or ordered a product here. The woman came into the corporate store while I was there completely frustrated and feeling dismissed. The corporate location helped her.

Worst customer service experience ever. We brought my wife’s phone into the store because it had frozen up and wouldn’t work at all. Whenever we got there we were not greeted or even acknowledged by the 2 young men working. When we finally got to explain how her phone was frozen and wouldn’t work at all, and that we have the T-Mobile 360 protection plan on all of our phones he began to inspect her phone. He then began to question us on “where did you get this phone?” I told him that we bought all of our phones at this exact store. They tried to figure out why it was frozen for all of about 3 minutes. Then they went over and talked to eachother then came back and essentially told us they couldnt figure out why it was frozen and gave us a card for “someone down the road” that would charge us money to fix it. I again explained that we had the 360 protection through t mobile and that we wouldn’t be taking the phone to a 3rd party. The 2 became visibly strange and passive aggressive and again asked where we got the phone, seemed to be implying that the phone was stolen or something?? Our accounts can be easily looked up. They pretty much just told us there was nothing they could do to help us fix my wife’s frozen iPhone. We ended up leaving without a resolution to my wife’s frozen/broken iPhone and will try to call T-Mobile customer service to try and get her phone fixed/replaced.
