IPostal1 pickup location. I feel for the people working service at this store. They are tasked with their normal work plus IPostal1 responsibilities and UPS / Amazon returns. It is always very busy with a limited number of people to help. I hope they are able to staff additional people with this additional customer impacting work.

We came here to have copies made of important paperwork, and the manager on duty Kalin was so wonderful to work with. He helped us make sure the details were perfect and offered advice that would make the process easier! Can’t thank him enough for being so kind.

Always has inventory I can use at reasonable prices., well designed store is easy to find product in, staff is always helpful - a legendary store carrying a variety of products that promote creativity and professionalism.

I would highly not recommend getting something printer here. Because I was just needing two papers printed and they said they could not get to me until tomorrow due to there self service printer machines being down.

I had to make copies of a missing persons flyer and the wonderful associate at the print counter made me extra copies at no charge. That is the kind of thoughtful, caring consideration that we just don't see enough of. It was a hard day and that kindness was so appreciated!

This particular Staples, as I have not been to others, is so much easier to deal with in buying their products. They don't rush you into buying anything, they are very patient.

Staples advertises that it can provide Canadian passport photos. This is not true. Staples does not conform to the requirements for passport photos taken outside Canada. My mother is terminally ill and Staples cost me a month. Contacted Staples corporate office, didn’t even offer a refund for services not provided as advertised. Pretty upset with this whole ordeal.

I have shopped in this Staples store for many years. I have purchased computers, printers, furniture, ink and many office supplies from them. If I had difficulty with a product, they readily assisted to resolve my issue. I like this store and the persons who are employed in the store.
