Not sure why they hire people in the front that are not friendly really makes the company look bad if you don't like the job, leave. The staff inside was nice energetic and helpful

People complaining about their lease experience. This stems from a lack of experience of how leasing works. If you lease your residence, at the end of lease, if it is not in the same condition as it was when you leased it, you will be charged. If you lease a car, you have to return it in a condition that leaves it sellable, or you will be charged. Success leasing is no different. Furthermore, had you taken the time to read your lease agreement rather than just pencil whipping it, you would have been well informed or the terms and conditions. Don’t blame Success Leasing for your inability to comprehend what you are signing up for!

The best way to get into your own truck with no money out of pocket. Hustle and you can make some great money with Prime.

They wrongly kept all my money and even charged me over $2000 after turning the truck in correctly and getting it inspected. What a rip off. Avoid with Prime Inc and success leasing they will rip you off with the lease and charge you on top of holding all the funds you build up through the lease for repairs and claim any and any repair claims and not give you a thing

I've been here 22 years.Have been other companies also.Ive never been forced to take a truck with half a million miles. They don't keep trucks that long.If you don't believe me go to Pedigree website and look at the trucks they have since they buy Primes trucks.Your not forced to sign a lease and can have it looked at by a lawyer if you need to.This company has been good to me and my family. And wouldn't risk putting my name out there to defend a company.

They attempt to manipulate & force trucks on you. They act like you should be grateful to pay $1,150 a week for a truck you don’t want with half a million miles on it. They do not listen, they will blatantly ignore your requests and lie about taking notes. Any positive comments I see are people who work for prime that were asked to write a good review to balance out the 1 star ratings. If you can in any way at all, please go buy your own truck if you insist on coming to lease to prime. Your payment will be 1/4 the price and you’ll get something that’s actually a descent truck

Posting a bad review because of failure isn't a review of a company, but an indictment of one's self

They use prime drivers to fix thier pos trucks and dont care if cant make profit because tour yrucl is constantly in the shop. Also rude and they love to talk down to you like thier better then you are. If you cant get a brand new truck dont bother leasing one.

Worst experience I’ve ever had up until all most paying off my truck I was charged 371 dollars for repairs done on my apu do to an accident I clearly told the shop in Salt Lake City upon working on it that it was an insurance job but they insisted on doing the job Any way after repairs was done at the terminals my apu still wasn’t working spoke to steward about the issue in Springfield and thought we was on the same page just to hear his response change behind my back after speaking to Salt Lake City shop I was still being charged for the repairs although my apu still wasn’t working in his eyes the repairs done was cosmetic things that needed to be done anyway and BASED OFF HIS OPINION HE STATED THESE REPAIRS WASN’T DO TO THE ACCIDENT NOT KNOWING THAT FOR SURE I was still being charged this was very unprofessional in my eyes and I should not have been charged for the repairs because the shop didn’t fix the issue success leasing definitely want be earning any more of my business upon paying off my truck!

This company is awful. If there is ever an issue with something they instantly go into battle mode and its not just the leasing office, just about everyone I run into in Springfield has it out for truckers from the shuttle drivers to the part service desk. There seems to be a real issue with how they talk to drivers and I think allot of its because there are no repercussions for that kind of behavior, so its gotten out of control.
