The audacity of one of your guys flying down glenstone this morning 8/14 at 8:00 am tailgating people left and right with the company name plastered all over the truck almost causing multiple accidents weaving from lane to lane is insane. Do better.

Got towed in Monday late morning,truck would not go in gear(automatic)They pulled my truck in shop Tuesday late morning,told me,needs new clutch and actuator,Wednesday late afternoon truck was ready 6100$,great fast job done well4 stars,because they could’ve communicated better on what’s happening,but all in all,would definitely recommend

Purchased truck with Premium 2000 warranty. Truck had to go back to the shop 3 times within 2100 miles. Premium caps labor rates and Rush refused to assist. Understand that I purchased a used truck and thought that by getting it from someone reputable like Rush, they would take care of any early problems, but I was wrong.

We were updated every step of the way. it is frustrating to have DEF issues, but these guys took the time to actually correct the issues instead of regening him and sending him on his way. Karen was so polite and patient each time i called. The service guys who i spoke with were very understanding and patient with me as well. I hope my trucks stay running smoothly, but if not, we will be using them in the future. Thanks again for your help RUSH !! - Patriot Truck Lines, LLC

Closed on Sunday, and only open 7am to 7pm mon through fri and 2 on Saturday…. really!? the other 3 brands are open 24 hours a day.. When u need a certain part only they have, kinda puts you in a bind, when you need to be in the road Monday morning! Good job rush. this is my 1st international, I was warned by others about this brand, didn’t listen. Maybe my truck just needs to break down during their business hours lol. Guess I’ll be selling this one, and going with one of the other big 3, at least I can get parts when I need them. Geeze.

BUYERS BEWARE! I had my own financing, flew out to Missouri, and picked up my 2018 International LT625 from Rush Truck Center in Springfield, MO on Nov 4, 2022 (Friday).Monday morning on Nov 7, 2022, my driver went to pick up a load and the fifth wheel and the 7 way connector was not working properly, so unfortunately, I had to cancel and I lost the dedicated lane that I was just approved for. I immediately texted my salesperson and I told him about the issues that was currently going on with the truck. He told me these are the things that happens when you purchase a used truck, plus, you purchased a warranty you can call them it should be covered. I did not like his response, so I contacted his Mgr and he told me the same thing contact my warranty company. FYI: I just purchased and picked up my Semi Truck on Friday (Nov 4, 2022) and was told to contact my warranty company on Monday (Nov 7, 2022. I contacted the warranty company and the warranty for these Semi Trucks covers: ENGINE, DEF ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION not any of the issues I brought forward to my salesperson and his Mgr. I then contacted the Rush Truck Center Corporate Office and, after my conversation with the Corporate Office, my salesperson contacted me and told me to send him a list of things that were wrong with the truck. I sent a list with 6 issues that was wrong with the truck and I was told to take my truck to Rush Truck Center in Kansas City MO and the service Mgr there will take care of it. The next morning my driver took the truck to the Kansas City MO location and sat in the driver lounge for a several hours and was told out of the 6 issues listed they were only going to fix 2 of the issues; the water in the fuel (from dashboard indicator light) and the fifth wheel. Another important component that needed to be fixed was the 7 way connector. Due to the fact, the 7 way connector tested positive for electricity the 7 way connector was not fixed/replaced. The water in the fuel and the fifth wheel was fixed. The truck is still not in an operable status because I cannot connect the 7 way connector to a trailer. I have to take my used truck to another place to fix/replace the 7 way connector in order to have a functional Semi Truck. When the 7 way connector is attached to a trailer there are NO LIGHTS on the trailer AT ALL. I will not risk my driver receiving a ticket for not having lights on the trailer.This was my first Semi Truck purchase and I was really excited about it but dealing with Rush Truck Center in Springfield MO, my excitement went downhill.

Kept telling me it would be done in the morning. Said that for 3 days. Got my keys at 2pm. Service writers kept telling me they were still working on it when I walked out to the truck 3 times and no one was working on it. After it sat without being touched for 3 hours I found the tech who said it had been finished a while and handed me keys.

My truck put up a fight but Rush won in the end. The repairs were done right and the text message communications was appreciated by me. I knew when the parts were ordered and when they came in and when they were bringing my truck into the shop and when they were done working on it all through a text. If I had any questions I just texted back and they responded in a timely manner. I'm glad my truck broke down here because they definitely know how to fix the problems.......and my truck had many. Highly recommend!!
