every single time i get my hair cut from a certain girl there she screws my hair up completely every single time, I have have been avoiding her but was stuck monday morning she was the only person there before 10:00 i walked out but returned to give her another shot. Oh my god so horrible uneven i even stopped her once pointing out the hair was uneven in back now 2 days later after showering i cant believe i let her try again a ABSOLUTE Nightmare horrible job . I’ve given her 3 times in over the years and every time she states oh ive cut crystals clients before i no what im doing. Never never again. She takes approximately less than 5 minutes to cut my hair no attempt to correct her mistakes or pay attention to details i’ve got so much uneven hair it’s incredible she is still allowed to work there im sure im not the only person that has complained or is everyone just being nice because i have tryed 3 times this time im making a complaint honestly horrible. My wife looked at my hair and couldn’t believe how horrible uneven it is. Even my sideburns are uneven with strands hanging off including my eyebrows. Absolutely disgusting work not professional very unqualified 3 times i’ve tried to give her a chance horrible work. PS response to owner. If you genuinely cared you would refund or even offer a free cut. That’s over $60 dollars i’ve wasted in your establishment and i can bet she is still working without reprimand. I’ve scooped out how many bad reviews you have received very concerning your definitively not addressing patrons concerns just blindly ignoring complaints as long as you bring in the money you have no concern. I will not be returning there after 4 years of being a customer. (Here is how i no the response from the owner is fabricated ! There is no response to even correct the uneven hair cut. hopefully everyone else will see this review and clarify nothing will change

I had walked into supercuts so upset almost in tears because of my cut I had got done that morning. Thus girl did such an amazing job and she is so sweet and helpful.
