Bethany at Susan Moberly’s office always goes above and beyond. She not only responds in a timely manner but helps me figure out the best policies for my family. With a home and multiple cars and teens she is willing to take the time to make sure we are getting the best rates while making sure we have the right policy coverage. No question is a d*** one and I always feel I’m being listened to and having things explained well. I highly recommend this office.

I have known Susan for many years and her level of professionalism and attention to detail always makes me feel like I'm in good hands. I highly recommend Susan AND State Farm!! State Farm is quick to respond and quick to handle claims. I had an accident one time (well, really my son did) and I had a check in my hands literally the next morning to try to find a new car. A lot of insurance companies operate like they are trying to get out of paying for claims but not State Farm. I can call Susan and get quick and personalized attention.

I have been trying to cancel a homeowners policy with State Farm and receive a refund. Susan Moberly will not call me back! It’s been 3 weeks since I notified State Farm and the policy has been cancelled and they must not want to refund the last 2 months of the policy! Susan Moberly was contacted 2x and was supposed to call me but still no call.If you want good service, don’t call Susan Moberly or State Farm!
