I just want to say Ruby the person that assisted me with my number transfer over from metro was amazing. I never had a more caring person over the phone that had amazing patience to deal with someone like me over the phone. I hope I get a survey so I can leave one for her through it officially, but if not I wanted to at least leave this public review in hopes that she or her supervisor sees it. Again, thank you Ruby for helping me today you made my day by solving my problem and being so kind! Great service and first interaction with T-mobile

Would not recommend working here. My interview with Christa and Susan was extremely disrespectful and rude. From the moment I got there not once did I receive a smile. I was treated like a chore. The interview felt like a polygraph test. Christa and Susan had their eyes glued to their computers asking canned questions and typing my answers. Their view on the company they work for was very low.

The customer service is nice enough, but 9 data breaches since 2018.. Where is the security? Given the nature of the information T-mobile stores, I must go with another carrier due to lack of information security.

T-Mobile don’t care about you they kicked me off an empty parking lot to load a car on the side of the highway instead the safety of an empty unused parking spot. I will be switching carriers after this!

fun people good pay, very high stress environment that has only a few actual intelligent people working for them. They only care about production and sales, not solving people's problems, if you don't produce, they'll find a reason to push you out. If you don't drink the kool-aid, you're silenced and made an outcast.

Sprint did not sell to you Millions of customers information for them not to be able to use their phone. I bought the phone here, I want to speak to someone Here!!!!!!You “provide” service in the United States of America 5G? Yet Everyone who answers the phone is in Bangladesh!!!!!!In what Universe does a cell phone only has 2 frigin bars????

Kameron was such a great person, to talk to , and help with ALL, my questions, after buying a new phone. Wow I felt like he was a family member. He was very knowledgeable, and helped me to understand, every single thing about my purchase, after a long day, trying to figure out what to buy. He is Great at his Job.
