If I could leave a 0 star I would. I hadn't been to this location in years. And after walking in yesterday, I was not at all prepared for the amount of disarray, mess and just unorganized chaos. Plus the rude customer service. I definitely hope the new location will fare better for Springfield but time will tell.

I like to go when during non peak hours so it has always been a pleasant time. If you go during peak hours just make sure you've eaten beforehand so you don't get overstimulated 😅

I can't morally support a company who sells out and sides with greed and money, versus lives of individuals. Have fun. Hope you tank. ❤️

Very good store. Very clean. Has a lot of items & grocery. It usually has good sales if you have the app and get good offers and free shipping if you spend a certain amount. Highly recommend this store. Could use more check out employees.

Too bad you decided to work for racism. I will never shop at target again.

Just not the store it once was. I can look past how disheveled the store is these days, staffing right now for retail can be a challenge. But the staff you do have is overwhelmingly rude. Went in an hour before close, got told by no less than 5 separate employees, rather aggressively, that the store closed in an hour or 45 minutes, then half an hour when I was headed toward the front. I'm not planning on staying until close or after. Telling someone 5 to 7 times that you close in an hour and doing a countdown just made me leave my cart of stuff, I was uncomfortable. There isn't anything here I can't just get someplace else. So disappointing, I used to love shopping here.

I love target, but it’s unfortunate that they’ve revoked their promise to animal welfare: to end animal abuse in their supply chain. Their pigs are kept in shopping cart size pens, and 4-5 chickens crammed into microwave sized cages.
Target has the ability to change this, but has chosen profits of morality.

I’ve been a long time Target customer. I’m also a suburban woman who would likely not have made it into a professional managerial role even with my college degree without corporate DEI initiatives. And some of that money I’ve earned over the years in that role I’ve spent in your stores. So imagine how disappointed I am to read this morning that Target has decided to kiss the ring and disavow the same DEI initiatives that allowed me to establish a career in a white male dominated workplace. Not sure how those tax breaks will work out for you when your revenues drop significantly because women like me are no longer going to spend money in your stores. I’m sure COSTCO would like to thank you though, I’m going to buy my first ever Costco membership next week. I really don’t need bulk toilet paper and paper towel products and have no idea where I’m going to store them but Costco just presented an excellent statement of what a DEI initiative should look like in corporate America and I’m going to support them with my wallet. Grow a spine, be like Costco

I've never seen a store in such a shambles! And Associates that are completely clueless! Why do people shop here?!
