This review is for Team Tools as a provider for Ryobi. I will let the reader decide who is to blame. Our Ryobi saw won't cut straight and has many other issues, one being the screw holding the guard fell out and we found the hole is stripped. We were putting on a roof before rains so we replaced the screw, finished the project and ordered a replacement. Called Ryobi and they told us to drive the saw an hour away to their repair place. After not hearing for almost two months we called and were told they would cover all the repairs except for the screw hole because we put a screw in to finish our roof. Team Tools will fix the other problems with warranty but they want almost the cost of the saw to repair the screw hole. We are hoping this will be rectified after talking to Ryobi again. If not we will no longer purchase Ryobi tools.

I've bought quite a few things here over the years. They have been great to work with. They were very helpful this morning switching a belt out on a tool belt, which means a lot, as I live 60 mi away and can't just drop by once more stock comes in.Buy with confidence!

Colton and the guys up front are awesome.But be prepared the warranty on all the tools go threw the guy in the back witch is very rude an doesn’t take any consideration of customer service.Everything with a warranty will take weeks if not months to process leaving you without the tool you paid for and paid for warranty. Very aggravating and will not be buying tools from here again.Again I will say the guys at the counter are awesome.

This is one of the few places that do warranty service on Milwaukee tools and it’s right up the road from me so I thought I’d try it, but the repair guy who checked my tools in was super rude, condescending, and seemed to be trying to turn me away telling me the tools are fine, they lost my business today and in the future, thanks to him I will not even buy from them again

These guys are awesome. Will never buy another power tool anywhere else! This past weekend, I dropped off a Dewalt 60V Battery that came with my 12” Miter. I wanted to have it tested, as it was only charging at 1/3 it’s original capacity after only a couple of years and very minimal use. Today, no questions asked and no green exchanged, they handed me a brand new 60V and thanked me for my business. I have always been a fan, but their actions today were 5-star worthy to be certain!

They have a good selection, prices are about right along with anywhere maybe a little higher than home depot, the negative was the customer service and no organization, Questions got short answers or a look, and hardly anything was priced but asking a question about a price or where to find anything seemed to be a hardship on the associates. My husband spends more on tools than we did on our car, house, truck, tractor, saw mill etc. He asked a price and the guy laughed and said "it is pricey" .... Totes sitting around sporadically, there was a random answer that did not make sense.so we went within a half hour and bought 8 Milwaukee tools. A holehawg 18 volt, 2 fuel impact drills, 2 m18 drills and a fuel drill, a multi cutter tool.

Highly recommend this place! As a contractor this is my number one place I recommend for folks local to get tools.They are super helpful and care about what you need, and I always enjoy stopping in.I also bring all my tools here for repair, just don't be in a big hurry or expect Matt to smile, and he'll do a great job for you. ?
