This place has old fashioned customer service! Every one was great people to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Mr Savage was awesome with the loan process and kept me informed the whole time during the process. Can't recommend enough!

If I could rate this place a 0 star i would. We have a loan on our truck through them. We have NEVER had a lapse in insurance coverage on our vehicles, yet they slapped a $4000 insurance policy on top of the amount without our knowledge. Then, when my husband called to find out how to resolve the situation, they required him have the loan account number and call the insurance company to get a letter head sent to them. Telcomm would not give him his loan account number or even mail him a paper with it! It also doesn't say it online. We also never got the paperwork from when the loan was initially signed. His only option is to drive over an hour away to get it. Pretty difficult when you have a full time job and are paying them $700 a month. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Jack in the loan department is a horrible and hateful person. I have the money and ability to use their services and would never after how he just treated my elderly mother. I advise everyone seek elsewhere for their banking business. It's sad because there's other people in other departments that have been extremely kind and helpful, but solely based on Jack, I will never do business there and I advise everyone else to do the same.

We just had the best experience at telecom getting loan made so easy Deidre was the lady that helped us and she did an absolutely amazing job I felt no stress through the whole process 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!

Terrible bank! Will lie to you and twist all the rules so they can steal from you. My grandma's been with them for decades and they treat her like garbage. Do not do any business here, ever.

Horrible place to get a loan. Read the fine print on any loan documents you get. Don't be surprised by a 3600 dollar forced insurance bill due to your deductible being off by a thousand dollars. 6 months later, after paying 2400.0, I still owe more than the original amount I borrowed. This bank is well known for hidden fees and "fine print". Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable bank.

I used to love this bank. However the last several years they have been not so great. Car loans with someone with excellent credit are higher than others. House loans are not fixed rates. I had a conversation with a teller who said I could get checks to pay something because they would not up my spending limit for 24 hours to pay a contractor for work. How old school is this. They need to catch up with the times when it comes to services. Seriously thinking about switching banks after 20 years, how sad.

They charge fees for EVERYTHING. I've had car loans through multiple lenders telcomm is the worst I've dealt with. Chase and other large corporations have been better, understand your loan better and will answer your questions. Telcomm knows nothing and their fees are ridiculous. I can't even fathom what their late fees are like. I pay almost a month in advance most months so I have luckily been able to avoid that (not bc I'm rich but bc of how my checks align). I've spoke to customer support 3 times total and was never actually given any valid resolution or answer. I will never accept a loan or do business with this credit union again.
