Horrible place to get a loan. Read the fine print on any loan documents you get. Don't be surprised by a 3600 dollar forced insurance bill due to your deductible being off by a thousand dollars. 6 months later, after paying 2400.0, I still owe more than the original amount I borrowed. This bank is well known for hidden fees and "fine print". Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable bank.

I used to love this bank. However the last several years they have been not so great. Car loans with someone with excellent credit are higher than others. House loans are not fixed rates. I had a conversation with a teller who said I could get checks to pay something because they would not up my spending limit for 24 hours to pay a contractor for work. How old school is this. They need to catch up with the times when it comes to services. Seriously thinking about switching banks after 20 years, how sad.

They charge fees for EVERYTHING. I've had car loans through multiple lenders telcomm is the worst I've dealt with. Chase and other large corporations have been better, understand your loan better and will answer your questions. Telcomm knows nothing and their fees are ridiculous. I can't even fathom what their late fees are like. I pay almost a month in advance most months so I have luckily been able to avoid that (not bc I'm rich but bc of how my checks align). I've spoke to customer support 3 times total and was never actually given any valid resolution or answer. I will never accept a loan or do business with this credit union again.

Been banking with them for 15 years, they go above and beyond. Several loans smooth as silk start to finish. I recommend them to everyone.

Do not bank here. This place is the biggest joke. Their app is always messed up and if you try to mobile deposit a payroll check bigger than 1500 it Won’t let you because the people that work at this bank aren’t smart To be able to do a check bigger than that this is the dollar tree

Went to open an account today. Teller was rude and condescending. Ask if we had valid license, with valid address… Her attitude was horrible and treated me like I was some broke criminal. Won’t go back!! Will warn everyone against doing business here

Absolutely no customer service available after 12 on Saturday to Monday morning. If you have an issue , you are out of luck.

The wife and I have been members for almost 30 years. All 3 of our kids are now members too. We have received excellent service since day 1 and I would recommend TelComm to anyone looking for the perfect Credit Union. Hi to Cheryl and Dakota at the Sunshine location. You 2 are the Best.

If you do ANY mobile banking at all, avoid this place like the plague. Their tech is ancient and they've known this was an issue for months now, according to other reviews on here that the owner has responded to. The only reason Telcomm gets two stars from me is because the lady that helped me when I went in to open my account was super nice. I've had a loan through them for about six months now and have had nothing but headaches with their app. Will be closing my accounts and refinancing with my regular credit union asap.

You give people over draft protection to take their money, $28 fee everytime theirs a fee come out... going into the negative takes peoples money anyways so let's just charge them an extra $30 to use their over draft protection EVER TIME a fee comes out like they arent paying it anyways to have an account.. unreal. Here pretty soon your losing 2 of your customers. But you know that, you've been losing a customer about everyday to every week.

It’s ok but their tech is from the 90’s.Want to make a car payment over the phone? $10 fee.I moved and called to change my mailing address. They say I need to fill out a form and they need my physical signature. All of my financial institutions (bank, multiple credit card companies, my brokerage accounts, my car insurance, etc) have let my update my mailing address either over the phone or through their apps without even needing to speak to a human. It’s fine, but of all the credit unions I’ve used over the years, their tech just isn’t very user friendly. Customer service is hit and miss depending on which location you go to. In Springfield the customer service is usually pretty great, but the few times I’ve been to the Nixa branch it seems like staff has a chip on their shoulders. It’s inconvenient to do many things now that I’ve moved about 45 minutes away from any branches. If their tech was better I would use them again, but as it stands now I will finance my next vehicle elsewhere.
