5/5 stars. Danielle the loan officer was very helpful throughout our entire process. She is a very kind and knowledgeable lady. I really enjoyed how she made herself available for us anytime we needed any help or had questions throughout our process. This TelComm location is my personal favorite.

Terrible customer service. I walked in as the only customer in the branch, I was not greeted, I had to say hello.. two representative continued to focus on what they were doing as if I was not in the branch. After someone else came in then someone at the back came over to “assist whoever was next”

Danielle the loan officer is very helpful, she helped us get some loan situations figured out and made it a quick and easy process, she also made sure we fully understood how everything worked and what we were getting exactly, will definitely use her in the future!

The crew at Battlefield is amazing! They are always friendly when I come in. They are great when I have questions. They answer them even if they have answered it before. This is a great place if you are looking to just start a savings account or looking for a loan.

This is regarding a vehicle loan, great experience! Megan at the Battlefield office was very helpful and even got me a better rate than what i thought. The process was quick and easy! I have found the folks at Telcomm to be friendly and helpful, we've been members there for many years.

I have all my banking at Telcom from my home loans to my auto and checking they make you feel right at home and treat you like family I love this Bank and the ladies that take care of us

Pretty terrible customer service, nobody seems to want to help you with your account. They just tell you to call. 1800 number or to go online and "do it myself". I would not recommend telecomm.

Edited as promised. Turns out, the problem I though I had was all in my head and there was no fee to be charged. I misunderstood the language being used. My apologies.?
