Nicole Hopkins is amazing. She dropped everything to help my family and I. She went out of her way to help us open important financial accounts that our family needed. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Our baby and toddler love her! Their kids' area is so clean and fun. Her staff is helping our family wrap everything up on Saturday morning and we couldn't be more grateful to her and her team. 5 stars all the way!
