I have had an Aspire credit card which is issued via The Bank of Missouri for several years and today I received an email saying that my account will be subject to a $5 a month maintenance fee for literally no reason. I have never been late on a payment, never carried a balance over even a single month, and have a 750 credit score. I called and spoke with their customer service, and they can’t tell me what the fee is for, claim that it’s legitimate as per the cardholder agreement, but couldn’t site where in the agreement it states that they have the right to make up random fees, and I can either close my account or agree to pay $60 a year, broken up as $5 a month. This is a prime example of corporate greed and gluttony and I will be canceling my account. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

The staff at this bank are so kind and helpful! We walked in to make a few deposits and Gale (teller) made us feel right at home! She was kind to my two sons (offered them lollipops) and was sweet to our little puppy. I’ll definitely return to this branch. It was one of the best banking experiences my family has encountered.Thank you Gale, and thank you Bank of Missouri!!

How am I supposed to make a payment on a credit card where when I call the number back you guys called me ftom is a disconnected number??? All the customers you are ripping off is unprofessional and action should be taken against what you offer! I'll be researching what court actions are at hand

TERRIBLE MANAGER STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION - This branch has the worst manager here. They are rude and spoke to me with zero respect. Also, the blanket statement replies you see to any negative reviews are blatantly obvious it's either the manager themselves replying or someone that could care less to investigate these issues the branch has here with the manager. Words of advice to this manager, "I believe their name rhymes with, mess". If you don't like dealing with customers then steer clear of managing or getting on the phone or having any communication with us at all.

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced from the branch manager here at this location. Discriminatory behavior from the branch manager along with a super poor disposition that other branch employees confirm and are aware of regarding the branch manager here. Avoid this branch at all costs if you can. Bank of Missouri should investigate this and take appropriate action pertaining to this branches' manager or lack thereof. Very upsetting experience.

When this bank was still the bank of Bolivar I never had a single issue with it. Once they were bought by the Bank of Missouri and changed their name the service has been awful constant issues with needing new cards accounts locking for unknown reasons and now a fully automated call system that cannot answer any of my questions. Bank of Bolivar had a person available on a 24-hour call line for any questions I might have had Bank of Missouri has no such thing Bank of Missouri needs to learn they have to have a 24-hour human operated hotline. Not all of us have the same hours as a bank in our daily lives some of us work nights and can only make calls between midnight and 6:00 a.m. I am leaving this comment on the main branch locatio and hopes that Linda will actually start making some changes for the better. It's just a bank really... I keep having problems with this branch... my latest was I called and messaged on app to see about getting a document notarized... sure we can do that for you... drove 20 min o e way and the lady says " oh I cant notorize this"...Why not... said she dont know... well do I need some sort of special notary for it... she dont know... well where can I get it done... she dont know... left and call another branch and they say they don't understand why sunshine branch said that... I went to ups store and got it motorized no problem... so many issues with these people... sent money once to someone and it wouldn't go thru... declined declined declined... call bank and they say keep trying and if no luck call back tomorrow... next I know they sent almost $800 dollars to PayPal the charged me overdraft fees.... asked " have a good friend wants to sign a check over to me... can he endorse and give to me and I endorse and deposit in my account..." response " unfortunately we are unable to do that" that should be these people's moto !!! Be better off to just have a regular walmart or some other debit card... I have a long list of complaints... if you are considering using this bank my suggestion is ...DONT DO IT

Best customer service I've experienced in years...really anywhere that has customer service. Dallas has been extremely helpful, and everyone else I have spoken to have been so friendly and kind.

I love the customer service I receive from Bank of Missouri. It's so different from any of the other banks I have used in the past 30 years of business. Will never change, it's "home"!

This is so much more then a bank they always treat you like an actual person. Anytime I have questions they always have answers, and are fast to resolve it. I recommend this bank to anyone that is cautious about banks or needs a second chance at having a bank account, if there are any questions about anything Debbie is fantastic to deal with, she always takes care of it no matter what. Keep up the great work!!
