I am so glad The Children's Place exists. The prices are affordable, the selection is huge and sales are plentiful. When my children were small I shopped here occasionally and now that I have 3 wonderful little grandchildren I can't stay out of this place. They are excellent for back to school shopping, Christmas gifts, play clothes for summer. You get the idea.

I don't go to the mall often, but when I do, I always stop to check The Childrens Place. This store is always well organized, the employees provide decent customer service, and I always leave happy.

Do not purchase from this place. Tried to exchange a pair of jeans but because I don’t have a receipt they won’t. Along with a purchase of 150 in clothes that were delivered absolutely nothing was done so now I’m stuck with pants to small and a charge of 150 with no clothes. This place is just getting worse as the years go on.

If I could give this poorly run nightmare a negative 10 in stars it still would not be enough. I paid for a egift card on December 21 to take advantage of the stores offers to earn an extra reward card of $20 per $100 spent. They also had 2x the children's cash and 3x the points when you shoped through December 25th. Not only did the egift card not work the company refused to give me my money back or honor any of the deals. I missed out on all the shopping and just got my $100 back yesterday January 12th. There are no sales and all the winter clothes are gone. They need to be shut down. This place is a nightmare I found cheaper better clothes at walmart, Target, and Old Navy. Even Dillards had better deals. I will never shop here again

Would give 0 stars if able. The management here is a joke. It's no wonder they are having to close so many stores. If you want a good experience buy from a reputable retailer.

I bought 3 pairs of bootcut jeans, all size 8. Out of the 3 only 1 did not fit my daughter. I had the tag & receipt so I brought in to exchange for another pair of the same size. Tasha, the manager, was the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. Because I just needed to exchange for the same size, she wouldn’t do it. I either had to purchase a size 10 or return the jeans. I even called their corporate number & they said the same thing. I guess they make every pair ‘perfectly’ sized & us parents are d*** & liars. They just lost a customer but I guess that doesn’t really matter anymore in today’s society.

When I was entering the store, the assistant manager was camped near the entrance and she didn’t even greet me or asked if I needed help. She was talking to her coworker the entire time. The managers didn’t seem nice and I felt bad vibes being in that store. Their customer service is just poor. Don’t plan on going back there again

I have received such HORRIBLE customer service from The Children's Place. I placed an online order and was willing to try picking up at the store but now I get an email saying they can't even fulfill my order? This was ridiculous to begin with as other competitor clothing lines ship to my home for free. I will never purchase from children's place again. I shop Tea, Gap, Old Navy, H&M, J Crew... just to name a few great shopping options. Don't waste your money on The Children's Place.

Placed an order on 08/03 and another on 08/04. Items have still not shipped as of 08/12. Phone number says call back later and then disconnects. Not getting email responses. These items were promised to arrive by the time school started, which is tomorrow. This will be my last purchase from Children's Place. Terrible.

Inconsistent sizing in clothing and shoes. Returning/exchanging is a also huge hassle. Not going to be shopping here again.

I have relied on Children's Place online sales for years. I love their selections and really try to keep close watch for the cute matching options for siblings. My girls enjoy their wardrobe which is primarily from this company. Today was the biggest disappointment from their customer service. First of all I was buying a couple shirts, and 3 pairs of boots for a special event this weekend. I chose the boots through Children's Place because they had the sizes I needed and they matched. Went ahead and paid for Express shipping. Evidently while pulling my order together 1 key pair of boots was either unavailable or they forgot to put it in so it was immediately canceled. My bank account was already deducted the full amount for my original order. I only get notified that 1 item was canceled by reading the tiny tiny fine print after noticing the order amount was different.

My son is hard to buy for because he is tall and a bit husky. I had returns from four different online purchases. The young lady that did my return was an absolute sweetheart. She was very patient and understanding. I enjoy shopping here! They have great quality clothing and they are cheaper than other stores in most cases!
