I have lived here for 13 months, all the staff in office and maintence crew have been exceptionally helpful and considerate. My wife and I are handicapped with recent surgeries and Gisela in office has offered numerous times to be there if need be. Robert the property manager has jumped in and installed holiday lighting and decorations. This has been the best decision we have made moving here, very grateful!

The maintenance team is always coming through for the residents. The customer service team does not.

One issue after another with management and the leasing office. I am not one to leave reviews, let alone poor reviews. However, we have had nothing but issues and incompetence when dealing with the leasing office. They first made months worth of errors because they were showing our rent amount as different than what we signed on our lease. This caused months worth of late charges and fees to show up on our account, and it took over a week to resolve. On top of that, when we needed a verification of rent form filled out due to their error when we were trying to buy a house, they refused to fill it out and caused our entire house buying process to be derailed and delayed even though we already had a closing day set. We had to push closing back and have a bunch of issues with lending due to their refusal. Leasing office staff was very rude and started to seem very annoyed with us that we were even asking them to do such a thing. Would not recommend to live here at all and regret ever living here due to the difficulty of management.

Been here a few years now. Needs to do better job of making people control their pets and address issues. One word SECURITY! Need some cameras security patrol or something!! Ridiculous. There was a guy sleeping in his car with a dog for 2 days. I called the emergency maintenance number left a message with the service one morning at 4:30am. He was back last night I just called the cops. I expect him to be back tonight. I'll call cops again. ADDRESS THE DAMN PARKING ON THE NORTH "QUAD"!! Too many cars. Spaces are too small. Too many people living in a two bed apartment. Too many people living there not on the lease.

Thankfully I found another home but this place took my application money and never called or emailed me the status of my application. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff.

I've lived here for over a year, and I've had an AMAZING experience with the entire staff! The assistant manager, Timory, worked with me when I was in dire need of getting into a safe apartment. The leasing staff have been above and beyond helpful and I'm over the moon grateful! This is an outstanding place to live!

I love The Greens! Office Staff is always super friendly, and maintenance is always there the same day to fix any issues you may have, and they are all super friendly people! The space itself is beautiful by the golf coarse and i have lots of places to take my kids to play. We love it here!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my husband and I just signed our lease again the beginning of the year. We absolutely love this place, all the neighbors are super night and love all of the amenities. Rent is reasonable for Springfield. The maintenance guys are great! And Lily in the main office is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. She has the best personality and is just someone you would love to be around. Love the greens apartments.

I was delivering a package and after 20 mins of driving around I stopped at the office. They absolutely refused to take the package or even give me decent directions to find the apartment, they were absolutely snotty, rude and quite frankly unprofessional. The main buildings are covered by trees and there is no direction to the apartments in the back of those buildings to help delivery drivers out. It would be very helpful if they put out a notice to their residents, when ordering for a delivery to put specific directions in their notes to find their apartment.

The only problem I have is the parking. There is not enough parking for my son to park near his apartment. I don’t know if it’s because some people have 2-3 cars but if he gets home after 8, he has to walk a ways.

The apartment buildings and units are not marked so trying to find an apartment is incredibly difficult. Much improvement could be had by adding signage for visitors & delivery persons. Once at the building, there is no directional signage indicating where units are actually located, leaving one to walk the entire building until luck finds the unit.

My daughter and son-in-law live here. Reasonable price. Seems safe. Nice amenities. Kind of out of town. If you don't want to be "in the thick of things" it's a good spot.

I love the golf course views.. this place was very peaceful until the expansion. Maintenance people work very hard.Only downside is the traffic that runs so fast to get in and out. Everyone is in a hurry. Some people are driving 30-40 mph through the parking lot!! Some people also have pit bulls and Rottweilers. I don't trust being around them. You also need to be careful about where you step bc dog poop is everywhere.
