Giving two stars only because the Swan Creek melts were good. The McCalls were obviously very old, they were dry and crumbling and had no scent whatsoever. Had issues being unsubscribed from their mailing list. Hopefully that has been resolved. They also use Fedex with no signature confirmation and my package was dumped on the porch of our office on a weekend.

I recently ordered the Sophia's Fragrance Lamp Oil Grab Bag, 3 bottles. I have two issues with this order. One, all 3 bottles are the same scent. I thought the point of a grab bag was to get unknown different scents.? So if I don't like this scent I am stuck with 3 bottles of it! Two, I think it must be out of date or maybe just a bad batch as it won't stay burning. I went thru 3 wicks, one of which was new, and all lit but then faded out very quickly. I don't think I will take a chance on ordering from the Lamp Stand again. I will just stick with La-Tee-Dah fragrance oils from now on.Also, I contacted the company but have not received a response.

I ordered some soap and lotion from this store and was very excited because it seemed like a good deal. I shop online a LOT and have very rarely come across companies with such a poor customer service policy for issues that are their fault. I ordered two soaps and one lotion; instead, however, I received three soaps. Normally I might not have said anything to keep things easy but the lotion cost twice as much as the soap. When I called customer service, she made me text her a picture to prove the company sent me the wrong item. I was then asked to ensure I send the soap back and they would mail me my lotion. After four hours of no shipping or order confirmation from the company that they were sending me the correct product I called back. The same customer service rep said they wouldn't send me that until I printed the return label for the incorrect soap i needed to return. In other words, they don't trust you and do not take measures to make their own problem and mistake correct!! Gets worse. I shipped back the soap. They recieved it on a Wednesday. I called on Friday and they STILL had not shipped me my product. They waited until they got their product back to ship mine but forgot to ship it until I called to complain again! Worst customer experience from a company and I will not spend my money there again. I told the customer service rep what they did and she did not tell me I was wrong- just that she was following policy. This is not how you build trust with a customer base.

Wonderful experience! Very quick delivery and fragile item was carefully packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I had been shopping for this ornament for months and they had the best price, plus the free shipping was an added bonus!

Do not purchase from here!!! I bought 2 Consuela items December 6, 2021. One item was delivered, one was not. When I try to contact them they simply say it was delivered. However on their order site it states "partial delivery". I have tried multiple times to get this resolved. They ignore most of my emails. Responded to 1 of 5. I am beginning to think I am just out that money bc they definitely do not try to resolve issues. I will never purchase from website again. Consuela lovers shop elsewhere.

Order placed in early July 2021, was told it would arrive mid October and asked if I still wanted the product. I agreed. October came, November came, I started reaching out and was told it’s coming. Finally on December 21st after numerous emails back and forth of telling me it’s coming, I asked for a refund. I get a phone asking for my card information so they can process my refund. Now it’s Jan 2, 2022 and I am still waiting on my refund! Ridiculous!

Ordered product in July. It's December 8th and I still don't have it. I understood there were supply issues, and didn't mind waiting, but Several weeks ago they cancelled part of the order and said the rest would be shipped out in 24 hours. Still Hasn't shipped. Still Haven't received a refund. I"ve called numerous times. Always the same song and dance... will ship in 24 hours, refund in 24 hours. Never happens. I've asked for a manager and been told one isn't available but will call me back.That never happens either.

Sub-standard product & Zero Customer Service 9 days for product to arrive - I paid for shipping. Lampe oil would not light candle/wick. Tried 3 new wicks and still no flame. Oil is sub-standard...not enough isopropyl alcohol in it. Sent 2 emails to company....no response. Called 25+ times, left messages, still no call back. Horrible customer service.

I ordered Christopher Radko ornaments on August 4th 2021. I had on numerous times checked the status of my order and was told that "it would be shipping soon". During the four months of waiting, I received numerous emails trying to get me to buy additional items but not one email updating my delivery. This past Saturday, Nov. 27th, I received another email announcing a Black Friday sale of Christopher Radko ornaments! After 4 months of waiting, I called their customer service and requested a refund. August 4th - November 29th is an unacceptable wait time for Christmas Ornaments!!!!!! They told me they would issue an immediate refund, let's hope they come through!

If I could give it zero stars I would!Haven't received product, tracking says my order has been fulfilled, no one will answer phone after 50 attempts, 3 voice messages...which the last one wasn't so nice!
