Scheduled two months in advance. Confirmed with The Moving Company a couple of days prior. Moving day rolls around, and no one shows up. I get no phone call from them or anything. I tried calling them after a couple hours, and no one answered the phone. I try visiting their office, and the door was locked. This is around 11:30 when they're supposed to be open. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Moving has deadlines, people have to take off work to move, etc. It's time sensitive, and this company isn't reliable.

Moved daughter into 3rd floor on hot August 2024 day. They were on time. They billed exactly as quoted on phone last week. Marcus at office is good contact person. Jeff who was moving items was especially kind. Will call on them next year!

Used for long distance move. They failed to secure key furniture pieces in the truck, the pieces fell and they were significantly damaged. They said they would help repair it. They did not follow up with the company they said would repair it in my new metro area, and left it to me to follow up with them. The repair company never called me back and the moving company did not help when I told them about it. Would not use again.

Brady and Braden did a fantastic job moving our furniture. They were attentive to detail and ensuring there wasn’t any damage. They were prompt, polite and on time.

We really appreciate all that the movers ( Tom and Anthony) and Bailey has done for us. They are hard working, kind, compassionate, honest and respectful. We will definitely use the moving company again in the future. We highly recommend them if you are looking for an affordable moving company.

Overall, satisfied enough with the move. The truck/our possessions were moved when we needed them to. That being said, I was NOT satisfied with the way our possessions were handled. While moving things out of our home, it didn’t seem like there was much care being taken. For example only one person was trying to man-handle our washer and kept banging badly into walls and door frames. Our mattress was literally dragged out of the house with bag only half way on. There were other furniture items that were literally dragged across the cement/pavement. As we were setting up in our new house we noticed some of the furniture had gashes and scrapes… Some had chunks missing. We didn’t notice while they were unloading the truck, it was only a day or two after when we were unpacking that we noticed. A dresser had chunks of wood missing… a bookshelf had cracks in it… a guitar case had a chunk of wood missing. They came prepared for the move with a very large stack of moving blankets but they only used a few of them. It seems like they could’ve used a few more to keep things protected.

This is an amazing company! They moved me jn January of 2024, Braden and Shawn were awesome. The driver was just standing in the back of the truck doing nothing. They were moving everything themselves.

Brandon and Eric were excellent , very polite and professional. Took great care and pride in their work. Most difficult move of furniture. We highly recommend The Moving company. We will use again if needed. Thank you again.

My fellow Kw agent, referred me to We Move. They were so accommodating to my clients in a time crunch. They were flexible due to a closing and made it happen. Even better when they came, they were professional, quick and so careful and considerate to my client.They packed and moved her in an afternoon, wrapped furniture, unwrapped furniture and placed it where she wanted it. She was thrilled and I will refer them again, Tyler and his team were above and beyond, five ⭐️’s to We Move!! ?
