“Very cool little shop. Everything from flints for a Zippo (they also have a huge selection of Zippo’s), to fine cigars in a room sized humidor. Prices were actually lower than I expected. The staff at this family run shop were very friendly and helpful. It’s not a huge box store, but I would not want it to be. I will definitely be back.”

“I think my piercer's name was Sean. VERY professional, the staff inside was kind and helpful one of the few establishments i would recommend for piercing and or tattoos. Back to Sean, Sean was a patient individual and a very good mentor. He asked me beforehand if it was ok to have one of his students/workers watch as he pierced me since the type of piercing I was getting dont come often. I didnt mind. I asked him of all the body piercers doing this type of piercings how long have they been doing it, he personally been doing it for bout 20 years or 20+ years, and honestly I believe him now. I was pysching myself out but eventually got it done. The procedure was done maybe... 5 seconds? But the longest 5 seconds, since it went through the sensitive part of my body. Would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for a piercer. I am 100% confident all the other piercers would suffice just as well as him! Thank you again team at Kaleidoscope! Love the piercing. Ps cant show the piercing🤣”

“Customer service is always A+ and Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. However, the 1-star review is because the environmental controls are not acceptable. As a customer, we shouldn't have to put up with being drenched in sweat to complete our purchase. For the employees, however, it's completely unacceptable, and I won't do business here until the air conditioning is fixed. If we lived in a more up to date world, the owner's would be facing a fine for treating their employees this way. If this doesn't get fixed ASAP, I am going to report the incident to the Springfield city business authority. This is completely unacceptable. Fixing your A/C is a cost of doing business. Deal with it. I will change this to a 5-star review on the condition that the A/C gets fixed quickly. Yes, owners, I'm talking directly to you. I'm not the only customer that feels this way. Changed to a 5-star because the issue was resolved.”

“I am from Arizona, and buy my smokes at the Indian casino cigarette shops out there because they don't charge tax. I was very surprised to find that the price of a carton of cigarettes here is actually about even with what I pay out there. The price is almost half of what you'll pay at a Kum an Go or Casey's out here, which makes me wonder why would you go anywhere else? They have a good selection of smokes and smoking accessories.”
