These people at Home Depot do not know what they are doing. The send email stating your item is out for delivery and then never show!!!! Take your business to a great store like Lowes or even Menards, because they actually care about you as a person and treat you like a customer that is important to them. STAY AWAY from Home Depot because they SUCK!!!!!!

Want the commend the customer care service of this story. I had a crazy circumference a d ended up here. My cell phone wasn't working abd I was nothing short of a mess. I needed to use the phone. The managers were called heard my situation a d went above and beyond to help me. We already often drive from Branson area area to this store but you can bet this is the store we will use from here on out.

I tried calling this location about six times to check if they had an item in stock I need as I live an hour away. Each time the phone rang until it eventually just hung up. I talked to the same lady three times and each time she redirected my call It rang until it hung up. Not sure how I'm supposed to get the help I need.

This guys rented me a pain sprayer titan 3000. Looks like they replaced a new paint suction hose and it was really loose. So it won’t prime a paint. I spend 3 hours taking it cleaning it and bringing back. I asked for the refund because I didn’t even used it due to their fault with the hose sucking air. The rental manager was rude and would not get me a refund of $96.02.

We purchased a shower head that was on display with the price of $109. It rang up $129. We went straight to the service desk. The customer service desk told us it was displayed with the wrong price and would only give 10% off of the $129. It was even in the bin that was listed with the $109 price.

Very simply...keep your word and don't yell at the customers. I went yesterday to pick up a load of shelving and selected curbside. The app wasn't working so I placed 5 calls into the store-(after walking inside and seeing a line of 15 ppl). I was yelled at on the phone and told to be patient. 6 cars came and went with small orders delivered. After flagging down different associates, I finally had a nice young man go and get the order. Today, I go back to return 4 items from the order yesterday and pick up more items inside/curbside. I walked in and didn't realize that there was a line stretching away from customer service. I walked up to the first person who wasn't waiting on anyone and she chewed me out that I had to go to the end of the line/ I tried explaining about the curbside issues and then decided I would just leave. I cancelled the online order...contacted customer care and they arranged pick up at my home for everything...DONE WITH DEPOT!

I shop at the Home Depot regularly and I've yet to have poor service at this location. However, that can not be further from the truth this time. I ran by after work to get some sheet vinyl for a project and I needed an associate to cut some from the big roll in the bay. I looked for buttons to press to call for help, but didn't find any, so I went and found an associate. They said they would call someone. I went back to the vinyl section and waited for 30 minutes, but nobody came. Associates and managers alike were stocking, moving pallets, helping customers in the nearby carpet section, etc. all around me the whole time, but it was like I was invisible. I ended up leaving the store empty handed and annoyed.

Self checkout. Not returning. There are other stores that will check you out, provide sincere customer service. Lighting display looks like it hasn't been updated in years. Might want to look at the whole store and bring up to a fresh new look.

Today was a knock your socks off customer service day to at Home Depot. My husband needed help to get a big weed destroyer for the overgrown weeds taking over our various areas of our yard. He wanted Ryobi since we like their products. Immediately, he was asked by Scott if he needed help which my husband did. Scott went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful patiently explaining the systems he recommends and why. The Ryobi rep was there and seconded all of Scott's astute recommendations. My husband was impressed and nothing makes this man impressed. Scott you are a super star and I sincerely hope you are recognized for your efforts. This makes a big box store seem like a home town store. Bravo scott - thanks so much

We just moved here to Missouri from San Diego. We left everything behind and needed to purchase a washer and dryer. Well we went to Home Depot and purchased paid for a washer and dryer set. Once we paid for it we found out it couldn't be delivered for about a month which was July 7th. The day before our expected delivery we received a message the washer and dryer are still in route and I won't be Until the end of July. We decided we wanted to cancel our purchase as we need a washer and dryer now. We have called numerous times and have come into Home Depot to get out refund and they won't give it to us. They said they have to deliver it and us reject it which makes no sense. Home Depot shame on you for keeping almost $1200.00 of ours!!!! Home Depot you have millions of dollars and you can't refund our money what a bunch of thieves!!! 7-16-21 still have not heard back from the manager at Home Depot or anyone. We want our money back we do not want your washer and dryer that you could not even deliver give us back our money!!!!
