“I needed to have a trailer hitch and brake controller installed on my Jeep, and after several phone calls I decided to go with U-Haul.There initially were a few problems... my original appointment was not scheduled so installation was pushed back 1 day, and incorrect parts produced an erroneous quote. However, once Andrew entered the picture things quickly fell into place.They did an excellent job overall, as you can tell from the photos. The suggestion of using a Bluetooth brake controller (more expensive than a traditional one) actually saved me money in the long run (less labor costs).The staff were very friendly and helpful. The job was done within the time specified, and the cost was significantly less than other quotes I had received (in some cases by $200-300).If you have need of a trailer hitch installation, I would strongly recommend you get a quote from U-Haul before proceeding with the job. I suspect you will save both money and headaches.”
