Christopher is just an awesome employee and the rest of the team is great too! The location is great and the whole building is incredibly nice and clean!! Having a huge heated garage to pull your truck or car into to load and unload into the incredibly clean units with total ease was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had moving, and I have moved a lot!! Thank you for such a pleasant experience and a level of customer care that was epic!!

An absolute nightmare. From day 1 this place was an unproffesional dumpster fire. It started off with someone "breaking into" our unit at which tjme the stole several valuable items including my playstation 5, guitars, weapons, and more. Thousands of dollars worth of my belongings just taken like it doesnt meant a thing. Tried talking to them for months but they wouldnt even cough up the measly $1000 insurance that covered the unit. It wasnt until i weny there 2 months later that i discovered they had lockex me out for no reason. Then they said the policd were investigating me and my storage unit. Theres more buf it makes me too angry to think about. Bottom line? These people helped make 2023 ther most degrading, aweful, painful, year of my life.

Overall experience wasn't bad. The things that weren't so great were handled by the manager Kaleb who did awesome. That man deserves a raise!

This store needs to get their information correct. They put my payment in as a promissory payment. So I had to be transferred to 2 different people, spending over an hour on the phone for them to say they got my payment. Why send someone a message saying they owe, when I knew it was paid.? Beyond upset. What a waist of time

Reserved a trailer online which I know is the preferred method Arrived on time to pickup, the guy who waited on us was slow and had to go outside to get numbers off the trailer, after waiting 25 minutes we were told we needed to go to the location across town because they didn't have the size trailer I had reserved. It ended up costing us an hour of our 6 hour rental. Very disappointed, luckily the guy on north Glenstone was super helpful and got us on the road with a 24 hour rental so we didn't have to hurry. Save some time and go to North Glenstone.

If I could give one star, I would. The customer service at this location was horrendous. We reserved a truck two weeks in advance for an out-of-state move only to be called at 7:30 the night before pick up that they didn’t have a truck available for Saturday and they moved our reservation to Sunday. They called after they had closed at 7pm so we were unable to speak with them about the change; note that the reservation email stated that they had until 5:30 pm the night before pick up to notify us regarding any changes. We contacted the 1-800 number whom told us the reservation we made was only a “request” and not a guarantee for a truck. He also told us no other 26’ trucks were available within 100miles.The next morning (Saturday), we went to the Campbell Uhaul at opening. We spoke with Tammy who understood our frustrations and told us she would notify us as soon as possible if a 26’ truck became available that day but guaranteed it would be available Sunday morning, we even received a confirmation email that stated “guaranteed”. She went ahead and gave us the trailer we had also reserved. We received no call from Tammy all of Saturday. My husband even called the store around 3pm and left a voicemail to check in and received no call back.Sunday morning, we arrived at 10:30 to pick up our truck. We were told by a very rude associate (no name, red short hair and glasses), that there was no 26’ foot truck available and our reservation had actually been cancelled by Tammy. However, she handed us a key and said “we do have this 26’, but it doesn’t start. If you can figure it out, you can take it.” We explained to her the situation from yesterday where she stated, “you can call Tammy since you talked with her, her number is on the door. But we can’t do anything.” She pointed to the front door with no number or name listed on it, only “general manager”. Note, they had said Tammy was not there today and likely wouldn’t answer her phone if they called. So… Why would you have the customer call instead? The associate continued to reiterate that she would not call but that we could.Stacy stepped in once we began voicing our frustrations even more strongly. Stacy stated, “I’ll make sure we comp your gas and $50 booking fee”. She was kind enough for the situation she was in but continuously muttered and stated how “it’s one thing after another” and “I can’t believe Tammy canceled your reservation” while rolling her eyes. Sad to see your staff demean their manager like that in front of customers. She arranged a 26’ truck to pick up 20 miles away and she comped an extra 150 miles. Once we picked up the truck, the reservation was made $40 higher than we initially booked. The man took care of it and even commented how awful the Campbell location has been. We went back to the Campbell Uhaul for her to comp the gas and fee where Stacy told us she never said she would take care of that and couldn’t do anything since we picked up the truck from another location. Stacy went back into her office and another associate stepped in (black female) whom stated we need to call the 1-800 number because there’s nothing they can do for us now and “we got you a truck. We thought your problem was solved.” I asked multiple times if they could contact Tammy for us to speak with with and she denied having the ability to call her, but again, we could call her and her number is on the door. Still no number on the door. Even when I asked for Tammy’s number, they pointed to the door and would not give it to me directly. After banter back and forth, and she said “Fine! I’ll have her call you.” She went back to grab her phone and took down both my husbands and my number, confirming we’d hear from Tammy that same day (Sunday).We contacted the 1-800 Wednesday as we had not heard from Tammy by that time.We dropped off the trailer in our new town to find out they put the wrong trailer on the contract and were unable to close our account until the correct trailer, rented by another person, was turned in in Omaha, Nebraska.Absolutely horrible.

Stacy was extremely helpful and understanding with my very unique emergency. She has a passion and the skills to solve complex problems and leave no stone unturned to help. We safely made it to Boston and turned in the Truck and Auto Transport without any issues. Promote ahead of peers and I hope for the best for her crew. Customer service alone, I highly recommend this U-Haul location.

I had an issue with a truck. I was suppose to get one truck and they instead gave me a different truck than my contract number. I took the truck and was instructed that it would be switched in the computer before I returned it. Well fast forward to later that day and I get a phone call from someone at uhaul asking me to provide the truck number I received so they could update the system after being told it would be done as soon as I left with the truck. I gave them the truck number and thought that was the end of it. Oh no, when I returned the truck I asked the man who gave me the truck why he didn’t do what he told me he would by switching the contract and truck number. He then made some excuses and I told him someone had to call me to do his job. I proceeded to talk to him and all he could do is laugh in my face when I told him this isn’t the first time you guys haven’t kept your word. The manager then came over and was a complete rude person and wasn’t helpful while his employee laughed at me some more. Terrible experience and terrible people. Won’t do business ever again with them.

Got here at 9 when my check out was supposed to happen. One employee working and a HUGE line. It's 9:40 and I'm still 8 people away from getting to the checkout. What's the point of reserving and having a check out time if U haul doesn't care or look at them. They had to know they had a ton of checkouts and to only have one employee working is horrible. The manager needs to be on notice. I used a Penske truck last time and it took me 15 min to check in and be on the road. Next time I'm going back to Penske! Right when I took the picture another employee finally showed up. It's easily going to take me over an hour to check out the truck! Poor service!

Although I would love to rate 5 stars perfectly, I had some difficulty and it was all due to lack of communication. I think we forget how far it can go sometimes. I was quoted at corwin $1900 or so for a trailer hitch install and told not to bother checking elsewhere. I was originally supposed to get it on the Jeep I purchased and was told "I must have misheard". But, I remembered a previous tip from a corwin rep to check U-Haul. I happily scheduled my appointment 4/29 and paid $780. I missed the initial appointment because I got sick and it didn't even cross my mind. I did not get a reminder call from U-Haul, no refunds were issued so I called and rescheduled 5/13. No reminder call or updates. I go in and my parts aren't in after the phone rep checked and said it was all there still since I had paid already. They say we can do it 5/14. No calls, I go in work is not done. Calls were made and rescheduled again to come back 5/17. No calls or updates, I go in. They say 4 hours estimated, and they would call when completed. As you could guess no call, I called in to check and it's done. Finally done. Had to bring it back, didn't get the ball hitch I was charged for. Had to come back to see why warning lights won't go off. Waited 30 min after scheduled time to be seen.

Before I rented a truck from them, I was told that I would get a truck that had half a tank of gas and needed to be returned with the same amount of gas or greater to avoid receiving a fine. However, they gave me a truck that was on empty (see the included photo). When I called to complain, they told me to return it with 1/4 tank, and they'd give me a fuel credit. Well, I turned the truck in with well over 1/4 of a tank, and they never did reimburse me. In fact, they've yet to return my calls regarding the matter.
