I bought boxes here to pack pictures and some delicate artwork, and the guys in the shop helped me during two separate visits to the store. I recommend going here if you need new boxes or special sized boxes for moving.

I've been to a lot of U-Haul places over the years and this one has its act together. Even with a computer-down issue while checking in, the staff was friendly and professional. On return they noticed and fixed the rental price issue that happened during the computer issues and there was no fuss. Highly recommend this location.

The trucks work. Everything else about this place is super sketchy. Stay alert because at least one employee evidently has sticky fingers. Also, many of the storage units have peeps living in them. But I don’t complain. i feel bad since they must be on hard times. however, some people may get uneasy about it all. No part of my experience here was positive. I guess the 1 star is for the trucks working. Otherwise, absolute 0 out of 5.

I've rented here many times and I prefer this location. Dealt with Michael this last time and he went above and beyond to help me. I wouldn't rent anywhere else.
