My mother made an appointment to get a $50 blowout two hours prior to the appointment. They called and said they had too many walk-ins and now could not take her walk-ins. Do not have priority over an appointment and now we don’t know where to get our hair done.

I had a scheduled appointment and was called after the fact to be told it was canceled because two walk-ins showed up. That’s unacceptable. What’s the point of reserving an appointment if it can be overridden by walk-ins?
This is terrible customer service and a complete waste of my time. If appointments don’t actually mean anything, don’t offer them. The situation felt unprofessional and poorly managed, and it definitely makes me question how customers are prioritized here.

I always find what I need in stock at this location. Zoe has helped me on a few occasions and is always friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location based on my experience with her.

The stores manager was very rude, wasted not only my time but made my husband drive up, and lied about store policy. If you need to shop at Ulta just go to the one in the Primrose Marketplace.

About a year ago, I came to the salon for a simple trim. The stylist seemed nice, but when she was ready to start, she looked at me and made a comment about my appearance that I don’t want to repeat because it was so hurtful and unnecessary. Next, she started suggesting products that I might want to purchase. I was so mortified by her comment that I didn’t tell her how hurtful it was. Stylists, please remember that many people have insecurities. Don’t be the person who makes those insecurities worse. Be kind. I’m a pretty practical person, but I can’t forget what she said. If you’re sensitive at all, I caution you to avoid this salon.

Khloe was absolutely amazing! Not only was she professional, but also incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. She gave me the full brow service—wax, tint, and lamination—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My brows turned out stunning and gave me a whole new sense of confidence. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their look with someone who truly knows what they’re doing!

Went I. To get my wife’s online order like I have 20 other times and wasn’t able to because it wasn’t in my name, I had the order number like always, we live 1.5 hours away and this was the only chance I had to get it! This is terrible customer service and a very rude employee, she should be fired!
