I have been going to the elite stylist Michael for the past four years and I will never let someone else touch my hair ever again. He not only has skill for hair that is absolutely unrivaled, he creates the most warm and welcoming environment. He has cheered me on for all of my life milestones. To get your hair done by Michael is no mere salon appointment, it is gaining a valuable community member to your circle and having a positive experience in such a safe space. I cannot speak highly enough of him, I have referred 3 people to him that are now all loyal clients, he’s just that good.

The salon experience was very good! Michael and Carli make a really good team, and my hair looks amazing! Michael took the time to listen to my beauty concerns, and he really delivered on making sure I was taken care of! I recently moved from Los Angeles, and I am so happy to know that there is such a talented stylist here in Springfield!! The color is exactly what I was wanting! Michael actually fixed my hair and I didn't even realize it! Thank you again for such a good experience and I look forward to going back again soon for Carli's braids as well!!

There’s a guy working the perfume area. I didn’t get his name, but he had tattoos on his face. He was so incredibly helpful and VERY knowledgeable about perfume. Like a sommelier for perfume, knowing different notes for multiple perfumes and recommending based on preferences. He’s so good and ULTA is very lucky to have someone that passionate and knowledgeable.

This isn't my pictures, but I wanted to go online to see if there was a difference in how this product looked online versus in your store, and it's clearly different. This exact product in the store, for starters, had most of its protective sealant removed. The actual product looked like the consistency of grits, like dried-up, expired oats. But the pictures I've seen online of people who ordered it show that it actually looks like an actual pomade. So I just wanted to leave that review that they look totally different in quality. Also, both in the store when I saw it and online, everyone has said the same thing: that the product looks half-used, and it's ridiculous for the price being asked to spend for a product with barely anything in it.

Do not go here to test perfume. The very few testers they have out, are empty and they barely have any selection of them at all. They didn't have any luxury eye shadows or face palettes in store so I was unable to test or see any Their overall selection was abysmal. This Ulta (and the target one in Springfield) have tanked in quality. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a year here and I will never return or waste my money here again. Go to Sephora. I know I will.

A week ago I made an appointment for my 6 month old daughter to get her ears pierced today. On the website is says the customer has to be 3 months or older. So we get to the appointment only to be told the piercer was sent to another store and we’d have to wait around 15 minutes. Which was fine with us, we were just excited. When the piercer arrived we were told they do not feel comfortable piercing someone who can not consent. At no time writhing that week were we called to notify us. And no one told us during the time we were waiting at the store. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If you’re website says 3 months and older then their should be one there who can pierce 3 months and up.

I love getting my hair down at Ulta. I get my hair done with Arianna each time I go and she’s amazing! I’ve been going to her since she was in cosmos school and she does great with color/highlights. I would totally recommend her!

I took my granddaughters in for tinsel extensions for a fun girl’s day. The staff were very friendly in the front of the store and they were also very friendly in the back of the store. A stylist asked the stylist working on their hair if she didn’t double knot the extensions. She replied no because they fall out anyway. And they did. They each got three put in. One of the four girls had lost all of hers before she went to bed that evening. Then another the next day. I have two that have one strand left 3 days later. It was a fun experience but definitely not worth the expense.

Arianna is one of the hair stylist at Ulta that does my hair. She is great at what she does and takes the time to listen and understand what you are wanting fully. As someone that bleached my hair for years, I finally had to start taking a more natural route in my color routine and Arianna made the transition so great for me! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I went in with very little knowledge about blush and Esperanza was SO helpful! She helped me find something within budget and took time to explain how the more expensive products had different benefits and helped me find something I could afford that fit my expectations. Excellent service:)
