I had a pre-printed label and got a lecture that I should have taped it myself. I didn’t know this, which is why I went into the store instead of just a drop-off point. The customer service was lacking, so I wanted to let a supervisor know. The franchisee then further schooled me that he doesn’t make any money from pre-printed labels, and gave me a sarcastic apology “I’m sorry he taped that up for you.” That’s not how to treat people.

Unprofessional and felt unwelcomed..I was not greeted by any of the 3 individuals working behind the counter. The clerk that did help (red headed young man was VERY unfriendly) had to email them the return label and then got charged for them to print the label, when I concluded the transaction I received no thank you or anything else i can do to help, or any sort of appreciation for bringing my business to this store...I will certainly go elsewhere next time I need to ship something

Aaron went above and beyond to make certain the order I placed was completed as I originally requested. The finished product was very professional and done in a timely manner. I appreciated the level of customer service received and would recommend this particular store for the excellence in service and products!

I always try to use the battlefield location instead of this one because every single time I go in the workers are extremely unfriendly. Today I was on that side of town so I decided to go in and once again no one greets you, no one says hi, no one says how can I help you… I returned my Amazon packages and once he was finished, he gave me the receipt. Didn’t say thank you, have a nice day, nothing. This is literally every time I go in the store. I very rarely ever post reviews, but after this many times of being so extremely disappointed by their customer service I felt it necessary. The location on Battlefield is great and I highly recommend going there instead.

Just very disappointed in service. I utilize this particulate office on south national often. I took a package in that needed 1 piece of tape and they said they could give me a small piece or charge me 2-3 dollars for a bigger piece. They were not extremely friendly.

As someone who ships a lot of packages it's really frustrating that this store doesn't allow drop offs for USPS. I live right by the store. The staff is nice. There's hardly ever a line. But I have to drive to the other UPS Store on Battlefield almost everyday because they do not accept prepaid USPS packages at the National location. The one on Battlefield isn't able to give me a receipt, which is understandable, but I really appreciate that the Battlefield location will allow you to drop off packages for USPS.
