I was in line and was ignored. When I said I guess I am not in line, the man working on this Saturday became rude and hostile. He told someone else to serve me but she was leaving, so nobody did. I went to a different ups store.

Customer service at this store is less than helpful! I am assuming that this UPS location does not recycle. I am less than satisfied at your location. The West sunshine branch hands down better friendlier helpful. Your location does nothing but hinder my shipping every time at your location. Can't wait to give you a less than review. What business do I know that does not participate in recycling. Seems odd but none the less how rude your employees are as well making sure everyone is aware that you don't recycle at your branch. Every time I go into this location, everyone is super nice and helpful. I just left the store. I was there to ship 40 boxes. Sophia and the young man, I can’t remember his name, were both so kind and efficient and did not make me feel bad for bringing 40 boxes in 30 minutes before closing. Thank you so much!

Well, if you are like me, you have the need for a UPS Store to return your Amazon items! This is the only UPS Store I go to. The staff is really friendly, even when they are super busy. They are helpful and ready to assist you. This is a very busy store, but the staff moves fast and you usually can get in and out quickly.

Stepped up to the door at 4pm on a Saturday after driving all the way from Strafford and the woman working behind the counter literally RAN to the door and locked it in my face. Couldn't be put out to take one more box. Seriously rude and unprofessional

Horrible and rude. Absolutely no customer service. Do your self a favor go a couple miles down the road to the other ups store. Different person owns it, and you can definitely tell the difference in quality of service.

The manager of the 2733 E Battlefield Springfield MO store, Chris, assisted me during a very busy Christmas rush day 2024 and was so kind and so friendly and really helped me. It was a stressful time and I had several packages. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable And take care of me with poise and class. And today, I wanted to send a train set to my son in Iowa and I recognized Chris. The same person, same poise and professionalism. I commend her for making the world feel better. I adore this location! I rent a box here...the location is SO easy to access at anytime, and the staff is extremely sweet and quick to help! Chris, the manager, is simply amazeballz! She will assist you with literally anything that you need and go way above and beyond! They are fantastic!
