I popped by the UPS store on Kearney after a long day. I was expecting an excruciating slog until an absolute queen named Ryley took care of my needs, saving me time and money, all while helping multiple customers simultaneously. She was working by her self. Give that queen a raise. Give her two raises. It must be done.

They used to take shipments for our company, then they made a policy to refuse them, okay, I'll make other arrangements. They used to give me a courtesy call when the box we rented was due, but this last time, they let the box expire without letting us know. Yeah, my fault for not keeping track of when box rent was due, but would it have killed them to let me know?

Great service! The employee, Becca, who helped me was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I always receive great customer service at UPS and I can trust UPS is reliable.

To the manager of this store, I want to let you know about an amazing employee that you have. I use your location regularly and all of your employees are professional and kind. This morning, May 21st, I had a amazon pickup and arrived early, 740am. You open at 8am, posted, and as a respectful person would do, I sat in my car reading news and planned to until 8am. Two people arrived a few minutes later and both were going from door to door the woman actually huffing. The young lady opening (feel terrible that I do not remember her name) let them in and I did follow. She immediately assisted them, both were incredibly rude, the woman snatching her package back thinking your $13 standard ground service is outrageous 😑 The young lady was professional, kind, and informative about charges for your services and thanked them both as they left though neither thanked her and I know both were old enough to be her parent as I am. The first thing I did was apologize on behalf of the unkind people in this world. No matter how rushed you are no one should have treated this young lady as they did, no one. She humbly told me that I did not have to do that and I said, yes I do. I wanted her to know how well she responded, with kindness when it was not being given to her. I told her to tell her parents that they raised a wonderful young woman and asked her to please never let people like those change her kind heart. It was a situation than many people would not have responded as this young lady did and speaks volumes to her character. Though she is not mine, as a mother and grandmother, I left feeling very proud of her. I hope her manager sees this to tell her well done! I also hope those two people do as well, feel shame, and rethink how they treat people in the future, all people, and the young people that are showing up at 7am to work.

I wanted color photos in a magazine enlarged. James did an amazing job even removing some print which overlapped a photo. Great team here. Manager Tammy was in and out and involved making certain things moved smoothly.

Went to attempt to pick up a package and they said they had to send it back, but never got any updates from USPS or UPS about any returns. Thieves.
