We stood in line for 15 min to get two documents printed and notarized. When it was our turn and we got to the counter the lady working said she was too busy to do a notary. This place is trash, it will save you time to find a better location.

Would not recommend their printing services on the weekend. Apparently my order that I have an email for to be done today by 3pm, cannot be printed bc a manager is not there and won’t be there until Monday. No phone call or anything to at least let me know either. ?????? waste of my time driving in from Willard to get this order.

This location is horrible. My dad filed a claim for a package he sent that was never delivered. He made multiple trips to this location and all they could do was say "No one here knows how to do that but we WILL have our manager contact you." No contact was ever made. Finally after 6 months of persistence the manager cut him a check for the value of the pkg contents ($20) but they FEFUSED to refund the shipping cost. So he essentially paid them to lose his PKG

The UPS Store on Kearny is well-run. I encountered a long line, but it moved quickly. The employees (2) remained professional, patient, and courteous. I love this store.

Was dropping off a package that already had a pre-paid shipping label. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and had no line. The woman working had my receipt quickly and I was out the door in no time at all. Faster service than when I've dropped packages at Staples for UPS. Will come back in the future.

Dropped a laptop off. It was an amazon return. No box or label needed. When I didn't get my refund from amazon after seeing the package had been delivered amazon claimed this UPS store sent them an empty box. I guess someone at the store decided to keep the laptop.

I have always had a pleasant experience. Usually a line but that is how these work. The worst part is usually the one or two annoying customers who make it miserable for everyone else. Can't blame the store for that.

I go here to do most of my parcel mailing, returns, faxes, and to do my printing. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Charged me $5 for picking up at a SHIP TO UPS OFFICE option, and it was SAME DAY PICK UP, why did you unlawfully charge me for a WHOLE DAY?- ups is using deceptive practices or, non-marketing - aka no notification with associated sellers offering "FREE" shipping to UPS office - scheme to unethically coerce $5 from unsuspecting persons who have shipped orders to a nearby office for pick up, otherwise UPS will hold their package as ransom. UPS contact me asap to solve this, you charged for for a service that you 1 - did not make clearly known in any way, shape or form, about this fee even through your partner sellers, and 2 - I picked the package up within 5 hours of the same day of it being delivered. In NONE of the EMAILS that your worthless company sent to me about my package, nor anywhere on your asinine website do you mention anything about this egregious fee, nor have any of your seller partners been updated with this strict notification. I shouldn't have to pay for your company's incompetence. Contact me asap

So for my business I had to overnight a package and the plane was delayed no big deal I get it. Ups customer service said they’d refund me/the business. I’ve been waiting over a month now and the manager keeps telling me she is going to call and call me back but never does. I’ve been calling and even went in a few times and am still waiting on my refund writing this review is my last effort to get this matter done and over with

Terrible experience! Go to FedEx or somewhere else! The employees have no idea what they are doing and what they are supposed to tell guests using the services, which leads to poor management and training! The management is rude and most of the time refuses to talk to anyone to fix an issue they will hang up on you or leave you on hold till you hang up yourself! I sent something overnight and paid a lot of money to have the item sent just for it to not get there when it was supposed to in fact it got there 3 days later! If I wanted it to get there 3 days later I would of paid the less amount of money to have it sent in 3 days not overnight! It should not take 3 days for something that was supposed to be overnighted to get from Springfield Mo to Charlotte NC! My husband is a truck driver and not in one spot for very long! All I got was a bunch of excuses and unnecessary I’m sorry’s! No refund or anything was given and I will never ever use these services again! This store should be shut down there are plenty of others in Springfield to use! The manager needs to be replaced if you want to save this business!

9:13am on saturday and no one has showed up to open the store. And they're looking to HIRE people!? They were voted Springfield's best!? Proudly owned and operated!?Umm..............
