They do not have any tellers in their stores on Saturday. I went to deposit a check of a large amount and was told they don’t deposit checks or do any cash transactions. Since it was such a large amount I couldn’t use the ATM machine or whatever it was. Too bad that some people have to work during the week to make money and the bank is closed when they aren't at work.

What good is having your money in a bank if you cannot get money out when you need it. Went in on Saturday to withdraw a very small amount of cash but was told they cannot get cash today. The soonest they can give me my money would be Monday. My other bank doesn't do this to me. Very odd to be denied my own money. Shame on you US Bank

Many of the reviews indicate a need for improved Saturday service. Just curious why this hasn’t been addressed. I picked the location because it is close to my home. Unfortunately, it’s not close to my work. I went in this morning, Saturday, to access my bank box. I was told no one working this morning has codes to open the vault and I would have to return Monday - Friday during normal business hours. Here’s one more review to indicate a need for improved Saturday service. Incidentally, if I had needed a teller, I would’ve been fifth in line.

Wait times in drive through is a joke. Won't have tellers on weekends and bankers are rude. If your slogan is five star service guaranteed, maybe you should have some.

They wanted to charge me $7 to cash a check that was written by someone with an account at US BANK. So if you have an account there they will charge people money to cash checks you write to them. Total rip off! Plus to cash the check they wanted to PROFILE me asking me personal financial questions about where I work and such. Just to cash a check wrote out to me by one of their own customers. NO THANKS! I banked there years ago and the "hidden" fees are outrageous just to have an account!

I would give a negative 1 star if it was an option. My experience today 02/25/23 reaffirmed my decision to close all my accounts. I've been a customer for 12 years.

VERY SLOW at the drive thru. When I arrived on 2/14/23 I was able to peek through the drive thru window and saw 2 people waiting in line. Then I waited for the banker to come to the drive thru window. He did and told me that he would be right with me. 10 mins past, and I said to hell with the drive thru, so I looked for an atm. NO ATM outside. Next step was to go inside, and I saw that the SAME 2 PEOPLE were STILL waiting in line. I finally located an ATM machine inside the bank, and made my deposit, and that atm machine was even slow.

The red headed bank teller working here on December 16th, 2022 misspelled the name on a $5,000 cashier's check making us late for our appointment. She really needs to pay more attention to detail especially when dealing with this large amount of money.

With the ridiculous reduced hours of the Republic branch I had no choice but to use the S. Campbell branch on Saturdays. Well what do you know....they no longer have tellers on Saturday! Why are you making it harder for your customers to bank with you? It just doesn't make any sense. Totally unacceptable.

Since it was such a large amount I couldn’t use the ATM machine or whatever it was. Just absolutely ridiculous. I am switching banks on Monday.2 stars because the people are friendly. But anytime I go through the drive through it takes soooo long. I have to make sure I go when I’m not in a rush because they take so long. And it’s not their fault- I’ve only ever seen 2 people working there. In fact one time I went to cash in some coins and they couldn’t do it because “there is only one person who knows how to operate the machine and they aren’t here today.” Every time I go to this location it makes me want to switch banks and I don’t want to go to the other locations because they are so far from my house. They really need to get more people in there.

Their hours say they are open on Saturdays. However, when you go in they are actually paying a person to stand there and tell you to use the ATM because they don’t have a teller. So they are only open if you want to open more accounts with them. Thanks for being there for your customer US Bank. There’s no way I’d open another account with you.
