Today was hard for my ex and I. We closed our old joint banking account and opened separate banking accounts. Renata S. was amazing with us and guided us through the difficult process. She was patient, understanding, and friendly the whole way through. She made it a little less scary and I am so grateful that we got to have her help us.

The staff is very helpful and polite, however there are times they seem under staffed and just like any bank the hours aren't fantastic for people who work 9 to 5.

I called in and spoke with Jennifer Dukes in regards to an inquiry about a CD loan. She quoted me the CD at 4.95% and the loan at 4.5%. Based upon this information I decided to proceed with the loan and provided the authorization to pull my credit score. After my Credit score was ran, I received a follow up phone call from Jennifer advising that she had misquoted the loan percentage amount and it was actually going to be 9%. Double what I was originally quoted. She then proceeds to tell me that she has put in a request for a special interest rate of 8% since she had originally misquoted the 4.5%. I had initially agreed to this resolution however I later determined that the whole situation was in bad faith and I called and spoke with Jennifer again to advise that I wanted to reverse the CD, Loan and requested that she reverse the inquiry into my credit score. The loan and CD were reversed however, after many phone calls I was advised I need to provide additional information for the hard inquiry on my credit score to be reversed because they lacked documentation of an inquiry into my credit score.... the inquiry that US Bank made. Currently there has been no resolution to this issue.

After 15 minutes of waiting… they will tell you ‘there are many other options for paying your bill!’ This is the first bank I’ve experienced who doesn’t want cash or your business. Happy to close my US Bank credit card.

4 people sitting her 2 of which are jjst talking with each other and 1 person running drive through and the lobby. And i assume the manager is jjst talking on their phone loudly as well. Rip customer service.

Worst bank branch I have ever had the privilege of doing business with (Fox Grape Plaza). As a long time US Bank customer, I recently moved into the area from out of town and was searching for a good "home" bank. I was so wrong to choose this one. The drive through is amazingly slow, but I understand they may be short staffed due to life circumstances. But, each time I had to make an appointment to do a transaction inside, I felt as though they were put out to have to serve me, making me feel like I shouldn't have asked them for a simple bank service, let alone a more complex transaction. The hassles and questions that were definitely not obligatory or imperative for the safety of my account left me walking away feeling more frustrated than the last. It came to the point of switching banks or switching branches. At this time, I just decided to switch branches. One where they put customers first.

After waiting forever for the one car in front of me, the person taking my 3 cash deposits told me she “would take them this time, but going forward, I need to drop them off so I’m not holding up their line.” I told her they’re for a business and I’m not dropping them off (deposits slips must match up). She then gave me a dirty look and took my deposits… then took forever to deposit them.

Staff is not friendly at all. When I walk in side, the first feeling I got employees wants you to leave the branch . I have been told to use the app to do transfer because employees have no time to help me . When I try to use the apps unfortunately transfer wasn’t working.ThenI ask employees for help and I have been told :I need to come back tomorrow because for them it is going to take 15 minutes to do transfer. When I sad I have been here for over 30 minutes and you want me to come back tomorrow. I have been told to leave the bank. Nobody told me before to leave the Banke . What Custumer service is that ?

I have had better experiences from this branch but today has been a doozy. I am not sure who the blonde haired lady working the window name was, however quite rude. This was around 1-115 in the afternoon. I had to wait 15 minutes before she even came to the window to even greet me. There were three more cars waiting as well. She finally greeted me by saying I'll be right with you and disappeared again. By the time she came back to the window I explained I wanted to deposit some money. Her response was coarse, discourteous, and uppity. As she ever so ill-mannerly told me "if you are waiting here for a really long time you can just deposit this into the atm". I further explained that I tried and the atm kept spitting it back out telling me deposit rejected three times. And her sharp retort was "well we fixed it so it should work just fine". I understand that she may have been "busy" in the bank branch but just the blunt snappy comebacks were unnecessary. I hate leaving bad reviews for any business but this lady needs a better career choice because customer service is apart of banking and she failed miserably. I am half tempted to call corporate. Please US Bank employees have the day you deserve...

Horrible service by employee in drive thru. She wants to spend 10 minutes schooling the customers with her words of wisdom but actually has no customer service ability at all.
