Corey and Jevin were great help despite me being a bad customer and coming in super close to close. They stayed late and dealt with us without any complaints! They are very knowledgeable in the products they work with and were happy to explain the details even though they were already staying late. Thank you guys!

I only gave 1 star because the ppl who work at the store genuinely care but their company US Cellular are a bunch of crooks that will change your bill every month. Taxes fee surcharges, you name it, they have it. Pick anyone else!

The people at the store front is very nice and try to do everything that they can for you but the customer service department for us cellular is not very helpful I've been trying to get my military discount for 6 months and they are not trying to help take care of the situation. Every month my bill has been more than what is expected and they keep saying we're going to give you credit that you can expect in a few billing cycles. They're not trying to make things right all they want is more money. Please don't use this company they are full of BS

The customer service at the store is great. However, the customer service when dialing the call center is extremely bad. The bill is extremely bad as well. We have been trying for 6 months to get my husband's military discount added to the phone bill and we are still having trouble with adding it. The actual cellular service towers is also extremely bad. I can't get a signal anywhere!!!

I had a wonderful time upgrading phones today. Jevin helped me transfer information from my old phone to my new phone, took time to answer all my questions and also helped me lower my monthly bill! I will definitely be going here for my future needs. Thanks guys!

Full transparency, I do work at this location! Apart from that, I have had UScellular’s services for 9 years and I can happily say that my service and coverage has only ever improved! Looking forward to see how it expands in the future : )
